지금으로부터 2600년 전 시대의 사람인 선지자 다니엘은
지금 우리 시대를 내다보면서 말하기를
"많은 사람이 빨리 왕래하며 지식이 더 하리라."(단12:4)고 예언했습니다.

우리는 지금 지식과 정보의 홍수시대에 살고 있습니다.
엄청나게 많은 양의 지식과 정보를 접하면서도
참된 진리의 지식에는 이르지 못하는 안타까운 현실을 봅니다(딤후3:7).
사단은 하나님 모르게 하는 지식과 비복음적 사상과 정보를 통해
사람들로 하여금 미혹케하는 영과 귀신의 가르침을 쫓아가게 만들고(딤전4:1),
지식과 정보를 많이 접할수록 더욱 혼란하고 공허한 삶을 살도록 만들고 있습니다.
이러한 때에 임마누엘경인교회는 전 세계 흑암조직에 대항하여 큰 전쟁을 시작했습니다.
이 전쟁은 앞서 우리 주님께서 완전히 승리하신 전쟁입니다.
승리하신 주님께서 우리에게 주신 것이 복음입니다.
우리에게는 이미 어두움으로 뒤덮힌 온 땅을 밝히는 빛의 복음이 있고,
캄캄함 속에 방황하는 만민을 살릴 수 있는 하나님의 영광스런 증거들이 있습니다.

주님 오실 때까지 우리가 누리고 전할 복음은 완전하고 유일하고 필연적이고 절대적이고 영원한 복음입니다.
그리스도의 복음으로 캄캄한 세상현장을 축복과 소망이 넘치는 현장으로 바꾸어 나갑시다.
