사역원칙
주님의 영광교회는 하나님께 영광을 돌리는 교회를 이 땅에 세우기 위해 다섯 가지의 핵심가치를 추구하고 있습니다.

첫째는 하나님과 이웃을 사랑하는 교회
하나님을 사랑하기 위해 전심을 다하여 뜨겁게 예배를 드리는 교회입니다. 하나님의 놀라운 임재가 넘치는 예배를 통하여 하나님을 높이며 모든 성도가 하나님의 은혜를 받고 세상에 나가 그 사랑과 은혜로 이웃을 하나님께로 인도하는 예배공동체입니다.
“첫째는, 네 마음을 다하고 목숨을 다하고 뜻을 다하고 힘을 다하여 주 너의 하나님을 사랑하라 하신 것이요 둘째는 이것이니 네 이웃을 네 자신과 같이 사랑하라 하신 것이라 이보다 더 큰 계명이 없느니라 “ ( 막 12:30-31)


둘째는 나와 내 집이 모든 구원을 받는 교회
예수님이 이 땅에 오신 목적이 잃어버린 영혼을 구원하심이기에 주님의 영광교회는 우리 자신과 가족, 친지가 모두 구원 받는 일에 온 힘을 집중하고 있습니다. 그리고 예수님을 믿음으로 우리에게서 율법의 저주가 떠나가고 아브라함의 복을 영, 혼, 육의 모든 삶의 부분에서 구체적으로 충만하게 경험하는 축복의 공동체입니다.
"이르되 주 예수를 믿으라 그리하면 너와 네 집이 구원을 받으리라 하고" (행 16:31)


셋째는 2세가 잘 되는 교회
주님의 영광교회는 1세대 부모님들의 믿음의 유산을 풍성히 대물림하는 차세대를 책임지고 세우는 2세가 더 잘되는 차세대 공동체 교회입니다.
“ 나를 사랑하고 내 계명을 지키는 자에게는 천대까지 은혜를 베푸느니라 ” (출20:6)


넷째는 선교를 잘하는 교회
주님의 영광교회는 세계선교의 사명을 효과적으로 잘 감당하기 위하여 2020년까지 천 현지인 선교사를 후원함으로 21세기 선교 사역에 걸 맞는 맞춤형 선교 모델을 제시하여 전략적으로 주님이 우리에게 맡겨 주신 세계선교를 성취하고자 하는 선교적 공동체입니다.
“ 그러므로 너희는 가서 모든 민족을 제자로 삼아 아버지와 아들과 성령의 이름으로 세례를 베풀고 내가 너희에게 분부한 모든 것을 가르쳐 지키게 하라 볼지어다 내가 세상 끝날 까지 너희와 항상 함께 있으리라 하시니라 “ ( 마28:19-20)


다섯째 주님께 기쁨과 영광을 드리는 교회
전심을 다해 주님을 예배하고 이웃을 사랑하며 우리 모든 가족이 영혼육에서 하나님의 구원을 충만히 누리며 2세를 잘 세우며 세계선교를 잘 해 나갈 때 주님의 영광교회는 점점 더 하나님께 기쁨이 되며 하나님께 영광을 드리는 성령 충만한 교회로, 전 세계에 큰 영향력을 미치는 글로벌 교회로 세워져 나갈 것입니다.
