"저희 은강감리교회를 찾아주셔서 감사합니다."

저는 두 교회를 다녀야 한다고 강조합니다.
한 교회는 은강교회이고, 또 한 교회는 세상의 교회입니다.
가정과 학교와 직장등 은강교회교우들이 발을 딛고 사는
사람의 현장도 또 하나의 교회라는 의식을 가지고 살자는 뜻입니다.

은강교회의 담임목사는 유성열 목사입니다.
그러나 세상의 담임목사는 은강교회의 모든 교우들입니다.
저는 교회의 목사이고, 교우들은 세상의 목사입니다.
세상의 교회를 잘 다니려면 먼저 은강교회를 통해 주님을 만나야 합니다.
만남이 중요합니다. 누구를 만나느냐가 내 미래를 좌우합니다.
한 번의 좋은 만남은 과거의 모든 잘못된 만남을 상쇄할 수 있습니다.
우리 교회의 모든 목회 프로그램을 통해 먼저 주님과 깊게 만납시다.
그 다음에 세상의 목사로 나아갑시다!


*비젼(VISION)
은강교회는 예수님의 성품과 비전을 닮은 제자를 길러내며, 이들이 열방을 제자화하고 세상을 예수마을로 만든다.

*사명(MISSION)
1)신앙의 아날로그 운동
디지털 시대에도 포기해서 안되는 아날로그가 있어야 하듯, 신앙도 디지털화 되어가는 시대에서 여전히 소중히 간직해야 할 아날로그가 있어야 한다. 기도와 말씀과 예배를 통해 신앙의 기초를 쌓는 것이 신앙의 아날로그 운동이다.
2)제자 되어 제자 삼는 교회
평신도들이 훈련을 통해 주님의 제자와 군사로 무장하여 교회와 가정과 일터를 변화시키고, 또 다른 주님의 제자를 길러낸다.
3)가정 같은 교회와 교회 같은 가정
신앙성장은 훈련과 함께 관계를 통해 형성된다. 공동체를 통해 가정 같은 사랑과 치유와 회복을 누린다. 훈련받은 제자들은 가정을 믿음과 사랑으로 세운다.
4)선교를 돕는 교회에서 선교하는 교회로
세상에서 부름받은 사람들이 주님의 제자로 성장한 다음 세상으로 파송된다. 파송된 이들은 가정과 일터에서 선교사로서의 삶을 살고 세계와 열방을 제자화하기 위해 선교를 돕는 차원을 넘어 식접 선교하는 교회가 된다.
5)다음세대를 부흥의 세대로
다음세대가 어른세대보다 더 부흥하고, 세상을 변화시킬 어린이, 청소년, 청년을 길러낸다.
