영성·수련 : 두레문화마을은 대한민국 청소년들의 몸과 마음이 건강하게 자라날 수 있도록 각종 청소년 수련시설 및 프로그램을 운영하고 있으며, 심신을 단련하는 영성수련을 통해 미래지향적인 시대정신과 창의력을 지닌 나를 사랑하고 나라를 사랑하는 청소년을 육성하고자 합니다.
교육·훈련 : 두레문화마을은 라는 교육철학을 가지고 의 3정 원칙을 준수하여 자라나는 청소년시절에 꼭 갖추어야 하는 기본 예의범절에서부터 자기철학과 자기애를 갖도록 교육·훈련합니다. 이를 통해 대한민국 청소년들이 즐겁게 생활하면서도 내일을 향한 비전을 품게 하는 글로벌 리더로 성장하게 하고자 합니다.
복지·치료 : 대한민국 청소년이라면 누구나 동등한 교육과 복지를 누릴 수 있어야 하며 꿈과 비전을 이룰 수 있도록 해주어야 합니다. 두레문화마을은 도움이 필요한 청소년에게 기회를 주고, 상처받아 아파하는 청소년에게는 치료를 주는 청소년 힐링의 역할을 담당하고자 합니다. Youth are our future and dreams
