대전새벽교회

대전 새벽 교회의 비전은 “하나님의 말씀이 주(主)요 생명이다 말씀을 깨닫고 믿는 일을 바로 하자” 라는 말속에 들어 있습니다.

첫째 우리 교회의 비전은 모든 성도들이 구속의 은혜를 깊이 깨닫고 그 첫사랑의 감격에서 사는 것입니다. 단순히 예수의 십자가 사건을 지식적으로 이해하고 알기만 하는 것이 아니라(노티티아), 깨닫고 감사하고 감격하여(아센수스), 마침내 자기 모두를 드리기로 헌신(피두시아)하는 사람이 되는 것입니다. 구원의 은혜를 진정으로 깨닫고 구원받는 사람이 되는 것입니다. 그래서 구속의 세계에서 사는 사람이 되는 것입니다. 마치 죄인이 도피성에 들어와서 대제사장이 죽을 때까지 거기에 머무는 것처럼 신자는 구속의 세계, 하나님의 사랑에서 떠나면 끝장나는 줄 알고 항상 십자가 사랑에 감격하며 사는 것입니다.

둘째 우리 교회의 비전은 구속의 은혜를 깨달은 후에 하나님의 말씀을 받아 그 말씀의 다스림을 받는 것입니다. 구속의 은혜를 깨달은 후에는 진리를 깨닫는 일에 힘을 들이고 전심을 다해 순종하는 사람이 되는 것입니다. 예수를 구주로 영접한 후에 이제부터 예수의 말씀이 생명인 줄 깨닫고 온전히 그 말씀을 순종해 드리는데 집중하는 것입니다. 예수를 믿는다는 것은 예수의 생명이 우리 속에 들어와 심겨진 것입니다. 그리고 심겨진 예수의 생명을 길러 나가는 것입니다. 예수의 생명이 자라서 나를 깨뜨리고 예수가 나를 통해서 나타나는 것입니다. 이것이 하나님의 아들다운 아들의 모습으로 만들어지는 것입니다. 이렇게 될 때 사람들은 나를 보면서 나를 보는 것이 아니라 내 안에 계신 예수님을 보는 것입니다. 내가 하는 일은 내가 하는 일이 아니라 내 안에 계신 예수님께서 하시는 일입니다. 신앙생활은 동충하초가 되는 것입니다. 벌레가 다니면서 버섯 포자를 먹었는데 아무 일도 없다가 겨울에 땅 속에 들어가 겨울잠을 자는 동안 버섯의 포자가 벌레의 뱃속에서 자라는 것입니다. 그리고 벌레의 등껍질을 찢고 싹을 내서 벌레는 죽고 버섯이 되는 것과 같습니다. 내가 죽고 내 안에 예수가 살아서 점점 커져서 마침내 예수 생명의 꽃을 피우게 되는 것입니다. 예수만 나타나고 예수의 생애가 나를 통해 재현되는 것입니다.

셋째 우리 교회의 비전은 성경의 최고의 명령 두가지를 집중하여 이루어 드리는 것입니다.

1) 가라
“너희는 가서 모든 족속으로 제자를 삼으라” 고 하셨고 만민에게 다니면 복음을 전하라 하셨습니다. 우리는 하나님을 알지 못하는 사람들, 영적인 세계를 알지 못하는 사람, 창조주를 잃어버린 사람들에게 가서 복음을 전하여 그들로 하여금 하나님의 약속의 백성, 은혜의 백성이 되게 하는 일입니다. 때를 얻든지 얻지 못하든지 항상 힘을 쓸 것이며 어떤 댓가를 지불해서라도 복음을 전하여 그들로 하여금 반응하여 주님께 돌아와 구원받게 하는 최고의 명령을 이루어 드리는 것입니다

2) 사랑하라
우리는 마음을 다하고 목숨을 다하고 뜻을 다하여 하나님을 사랑해야 합니다. 그리고 그 실천 덕목으로 네 이웃을 네 몸같이 사랑하라 하셨습니다. 우리는 얼마나 지독하게 자기만 사랑하는지 모릅니다. 우리는 철저한 이기주의자들입니다. 이런 우리가 말씀과 성령으로 지독한 자기 사랑에서 벗어나 이웃에게 목숨까지 내어줌으로 예수 그리스도의 생애를 몸으로 재현시켜 하나님의 이름을 영화롭게 하는 것입니다
