하나님께서는 교회를 향한 꿈을 가지고 계십니다. 그 꿈은 교회를 통하여 하나님의 나라를 확장하는 것입니다. 하나님께서는 성도를 향한 꿈을 가지고 계십니다. 그 꿈은 하나님 나라의 확장을 위해, 성도 한 사람, 한 사람이 예수님의 제자가 되는 것입니다. 이것은 하나님의 꿈이며, 동시에 교회에 주신 사명입니다.

분명, 교회는 하나님의 꿈을 이루는 곳이 되어야 합니다. 그래서 우리 교회는 ''5065의 비전'이라는 구체적인 비전을 세웠습니다.
이 비전을 달성하기 위해, 성도들을 예수님의 제자로 양육하는 것을 교회의 핵심가치로 두고 있으며 다음과 같은 세 가지의 실천 목표를 강조하고 있습니다.
