새신자부터 참여할 수 있는 C.B.A 는 일 년에 네 번, 쿼터제로 운영 됩니다. 이 과정을 통하여 모든 성도가 사역자로 세워지는 교육이 살아있는 교회입니다.
청암교회는 헌신과 섬김이 살아있는 교회입니다.
각 부서의 활동이 활발하게 일어나며 교회 구석구석 웃음소리가 끊일 날이 없는 헌신과 섬김이 넘치는 유쾌한 교회입니다.

청암교회는 전도와 선교에 열심을 내는 교회입니다.
