1. 성령에 의해 움직이는 교회
성령님에 의해 시작되고 성령님에 의해 운행되고 성령님에 의해 성장하는 교회가 되게 한다.
2. 온 성도가 사역자가 되는 교회
예수님께서 열두제자를 훈련하여 세상에 파송하셨듯이 모든 성도를 제자 되고 제자를 삼는 사역에 헌신하게 하여, 천국의 복을 누리고 흘려보내는 통로가 되게 한다.
3. 셀이 중심이 되는 교회
주님께서 디자인 하신 교회의 원형을 따라 교회 안의 작은 교회인 셀이 큰숲교회의 중심이 되도록 한다.
4. 온 성도가 사역자가 되는 교회
하나님께서 성도들 각자에게 주신 은사가 드러나고 사용되는 교회, 온 성도들이 예수님의 온전한 제자로 훈련하여 세상을 변화시켜 나가는 예수님의 제자들이 될 수 있도록 체계적으로 양육하여 영적리더, 사역자로 세우는 교회가 되게 한다.
5. 하나님을 경험하는 예배가 있는 교회
성령의 기름 부으심 안에서 하나님의 임재를 체험하는 예배를 드리는 교회가 되게 한다.
6. 다음세대를 책임지는 교회
10년 후, 20년 후가 더 좋은 교회가 될 수 있도록 우리의 자녀들을 철저히 말씀으로 교육하고 훈련하는 교회가 되게 한다.
7. 이웃과 함께 하는 교회
무료급식, 노인대학, 청소년을 위한 독서실 운영, 각종 문화사역 등 다양한 섬김을 통하여 이 지역사회와 함께 하고 섬기는 교회가 되게 한다.
8. 교회를 개척하는 교회
황폐한 부산 땅에 우리와 같은 건강한 교회를 심어감으로 부산을 하나님의 숲으로 가꾸어 나가는 모체교회가 되게 한다.

1. 셀사역의 기본 원칙
1) 2016년은 큰숲교회 셀이 부흥하는 해이다.
2) 모든 교인은 셀에 소속해야 하며 소속되지 않는 교인은 본 교인이 아니다.
3) 각 셀을 섬기는 사람은 다음과 같다.
* 셀리더 : 셀을 대표하며 셀원들을 영적으로 돌보고 모임을 인도하며 목양을 책임진다.
* 친교부장, 기도부장, 찬양부장, 선교부장, 봉사부장, 새가족부장 등을 둘 수 있다.
4) 셀은 단순한 관리를 목적으로 하지 않고 성숙과 개척을 주된 목적으로 한다.
5) 셀의 수는 12명을 원칙으로 하며 모든 셀원들은 셀 개척을 준비한다.
6) 셀 모임은 주1회를 원칙으로 하고 정한 시간에 모여 주어진 순서에 따라 셀 모임의 형태와 내용을 가진다.
7) 모든 셀 모임은 반드시 다음의 요소들을 포함해야 한다.
* 5W : ➀ 환영 및 Icebreak(얼음깨기) ➁ 경배와 찬양 ➂ 말씀나눔
➃ 기도와 돌봄 ➄ 사역나눔


2. 셀리더의 사명과 업무

1) 셀리더의 7대 사명
① 모임 : 매주 정기적으로 셀모임을 인도한다.
② 훈련 : 셀리더로서의 자기 개발과 영적성숙을 위하여 매주 정기적인 훈련을 한다(원형셀)
③ 보고 : 셀모임과 셀원들의 영적 상태를 매주 목회자에게 보고한다.
④ 나눔 : 매일 셀원들과 삶을 나누고 구체적으로 교제한다.
⑤ 관리 : 매주 셀원들의 출석상황을 점검하고 필요하면 심방한다.
⑥ 전도 : 불신자를 셀모임에 초청, 교회와 좋은 관계를 맺게 하는 일에 힘쓴다.
⑦ 개척 : 주님이 주신 셀원을 영적으로 성숙시키고 셀원의 수를 늘이고, 적절한 시일 내에 셀리더로 세워 셀을 개척하게 한다.

2) 셀리더의 7대 업무
① 기도 : 셀원들과 셀모임을 위해 매일 기도하는 일
② 준비 : 셀모임 장소를 정하고 준비하는 일
③ 연락 : 총무 혹은 직접 연락을 통하여 모임 참석을 권유하고 초청하는일
④ 동역 : 적절한 은사를 가진 셀원을 선정하여 미리 훈련받게 하여 지도력을 세워가는 일
⑤ 교재 : 당일 모임에 사용할 교재를 미리 준비하고 충분히 숙지하는 일
⑥ 관계 : 셀원들의 생일, 가정사, 자녀의 일 등을 충분히 파악하고 친교를 도모하는 일
⑦ 연결 : 각종 계획과 훈련 프로그램에 셀원을 참여하게 하는 일
