밝은빛 광명교회는 "너희는 가서 민족을 제자로 삼아라"는 주님의 지상명령(마28:19~20)을 이 땅 위에 실현하는 교회가 되고자 노력하고 있습니다.

또한 하나님의 은혜가 임하는 공동체, 성령이 충만한 공동체, 사랑이 넘치는 공동체로서의 정체성을 가지고
희망을 잃어버리고 갈 바를 알지 못하는 사람들, 상처를 입은 사람들이 치유를 받고 그리스도 안에서 용기와 희망을 얻도록 돕기 위해 노력하고 있습니다.

무엇보다 광명시 삼십오만 시민들에게 예수 그리스도의 영광스러운 복음을 전하며
예수 그리스도의 복음의 밝은빛으로 밝히는 교회가 되고자 하는 비전을 가지고 하나님의 도우심을 구하고 있습니다.
