엔제리너스커피의 공식 안드로이드 애플리케이션입니다.
엔제리너스카드 애플리케이션은 전국 엔제리너스커피 매장에서 사용이 가능한 충전식 선불카드 등록, 충전, 사용하기 기능을 담고 있으며, 카드 사용시마다 스탬프 적립이 가능하고 이에 따른 쿠폰 등 혜택을 받을 수 있습니다.

애플리케이션 내 서비스를 이용하기 위해서는 롯데멤버스 회원가입이 필요합니다.

[카드등록]
등록한 엔제리너스 카드의 바코드를 이용하여 실물 카드 없이도 편리하게 결제하실 수 있습니다.

- 카드 : 엔제리너스 카드 등록, 충전, 자동충전, 카드선물하기 등 결제 지원
- 베네핏 : 매장에서 등록된 선불카드를 이용시마다 적립되는 '엔젤'로 베네핏 레벨을 올리고, 이에 따른 여러 혜택을 받을 수 있습니다.
일정 개수 이상 적립시 마다 무료음료(아메리카노or카페라떼) 쿠폰이 제공됩니다.
- 쿠폰 : 쿠폰 사용, 쿠폰 선물하기
- 매장위치 : 가까운 매장 찾기, 즐겨찾는 매장 설정
- 프로모션 스탬프 : 이벤트성으로 실시하는 스탬프. 추가 혜택 제공
- 이벤트.설문 : 엔제리너스 소식, 설문조사

본 애플리케이션은 Wi-Fi와 3G, LTE환경에서 이용할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 무제한 요금제가 아닐 경우 데이터 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

안드로이드 젤리빈(4.1.2) 이상 버전에 최적화되어 있습니다.

1. 로그인이 안되는 경우는 어떻게 하나요?
- 아이디 또는 비밀번호 찾기를 통하여 로그인 시도 시에도 정상적으로 로그인이 안되는 경우
L.POINT 고객센터 (1899-8900 → 5번) 또는 L.POINT 홈페이지 (www.lpoint.com) 에서
아이디 또는 비밀번호 확인 후 로그인 부탁드리겠습니다.

2. 로그인시 흰색 바탕 또는 오류 메시지가 뜹니다.
오류 원인은 최신 기종의 기기에서 ①안드로이드 시스템 웹뷰 어플리케이션 및 ②크롬브라우저
어플리케이션의 버전이 낮아 호환이 되지 않은 이유 입니다.
아래 두가지 어플리케이션 업데이트 후 로그인 부탁드리겠습니다.

3. 절전모드 후 엔제리너스 앱 로딩 속도가 느려집니다.
최신 안드로이드 기종 중 일부 기종에서 절전모드 설정 시 앱 로딩 속도가 느려지는 현상이 발생되고 있습니다. 엔제리너스 앱에서 해당 현상 개선 작업을 진행하였으나 지속적으로 동일한 현상이 반복 될 경우 절전모드 해제 후 이용 부탁드리겠습니다.
