1948년 창립한 인천YMCA는 인천시민의 참여와 호응속에 인천지역 시민사회단체로서의 역할과 기독교단체로서의 소명을 다해 왔습니다.
'청소년에게 꿈을, 도시에 활기를, 이웃과 나눔을, 이땅에 하나님 나라를'이라는 슬로건 아래 구월동 본관을 비롯하여 북부지회, 서부지회, 송도지회, 만수 및 갈산종합사회복지관, YMCA어린이집, 만수어린이집, 청천1동어린이집, 당진청소년수련원 등 여러 회관에서 100여명의 실무자들이 8,000여명의 회원과 함께 YMCA운동을 전개하는 회원 운동체로 거듭 발전해 왔습니다.
또한 이사는 물론, 각종 위원회 위원과 YMCA를 성심껏 돕는 것을 목적으로 활동하고 있는 와이즈멘 클럽 회원들이 물심양면으로 후원을 아끼지 않는 것은 인천YMCA의 자랑이자 축복입니다.
인천YMCA는 지금까지 지켜주신 하나님을 전적으로 의지하면서 '생명·평화·나눔' 운동과 청소년운동, 시민운동을 지속적으로 실천해 나갈 것입니다.
인천YMCA가 지역사회를 위해 꼭 필요한 단체로 어두운 곳을 비쳐주고 소외된 자들에게 희망을 주는 기관으로 자리매김할 수 있도록 지원해 주시고 지켜봐 주시기 바랍니다.

The Incheon YMCA, established in 1948, has dedicated to making a better world as the Christian & civic groups, together with Incheon citizens.
Under the slogan ‘Dream for Youth, Energy for City, Sharing with neighbors’, The Incheon YMCA including its 8,000 membership and 100 workers has expanded its influence on society.
The main center in Guwol-dong has several branch offices around Incheon - the 3 branches in Gyeyang-gu (northern branch), Seo-gu (western branch) and Yeonsu-gu (songdo branch), the 2 social welfare centers (Mansoo social welfare center & Galsan social welfare center), the 3 day-care centers (Mansoo day-care center, YMCA day-care center, Cheongcheon 1-dong day-care center) and a Youth camp cite (Dangjin-city).
The Incheon YMCA advances well with much help from the board of directors, the commitments, and the Y's men club organized for supporting YMCA, and they are Incheon YMCA's precious manpower resources.
The Incheon YMCA will keep relying on the Lord and will lead a civic movements for 'Life, Peace, Sharing', for youth, for citizens.

"The dream for young people, to life in the city, the neighborhood and sharing, the kingdom of God on earth, including the following guwoldong main slogan of the Northern Branch, West Branch, Branch Song, full water and gallic Social Welfare Center, YMCA daycare centers, day care center full capacity , bolt-1-dong, Nurseries, Karatsu youth training center, etc. More than 100 practitioners have been developed in many centers continued to expand the membership Vehicles YMCA movement with 8,000 members.
In addition, directors are, of course, is Y 's Men Club members who are active the YMCA and various committee members for the purpose of helping seongsimkkeot sponsored by mulsim both sides are willing to do the pride and the blessing of Incheon YMCA.
