The Deaf And Hearing Impaired for Android
It is really awesome piece code developed for the Hearing disabled. Kudos to the innovator and team. It works fine on my Samsung Galaxy S2. Need to the fix issue related to vibration on other models.

I look up TTY (TDD) and this is the first one in line to show. I download it and only find it a talk to text app. THIS IS BULLSHIT! HASN'T ANY COMPANY CREATED A TTY APP SO THE PHONE CAN WORK LIKE A TDD TO OTHER TTY'S/TDD'S???
For nexus 7, it needs to flash and have an on/off switch. Volume control for speech would be great. Switchable mic would also be useful instead of having to switch it on again and miss conversation. Otherwise, pretty good.
I love to carry this for conference in audio people I want to hearing what they were saying in conferences.
3rd year 2 4rd end talk sy pakistan punjab Okara Dipalpur work ? age 25 2018
Not what I thought it was. But activated it. And it is an amazing app if you hve hearing difficulty. Sensitive enough to hear my footsteps on carpet .
Waits on top info bar always at the ready with mic & settings right there, no "searching" for the app to open. Tap mic, speak and show it to your sidekick. Perfect!!
Screw ASL I am going with this app. Awesome. Also don't need a dog
I'm hard of hearing
Thank you for inventor new upgrade db meter sound background to help alert me
Thank you!
Would be nice if it worked. Uninstalling
I don't want it stuck in my notification panel. I only want to use this app to help communicate with my grandfather. I only need to use this when I visit. I can't find how to completely turn this off besides force closing.
Fablous thankyou. But doesn't work well in a meeting at work.
The biggest problem I have is that the microphone box is in the way so I can't see what people are saying as they say it. I know this is possible I have the same Google microphone box on my text and email and I can see what I'm transcribing as I say it. I also don't like that the app is always active. I can't get it off the active screen at the top of my phone. Until I can see what is said as it is being said this app is not for me.
Thank you so much! God bless you?
3 out of 3 failures
Love it!!!!!
Easy talk I am deaf
Thank you

I didn't like this cause it would not turn off. The app stays on and kills battery. I went from 100% to 80% in 5 mins. Maybe make it to where it can be turned off to save battery when not in use.
It's going off at 5:30 in the morning. .. it's completely dark and no one around yet phone flashes and vibrates seemingly to my closing the cover on my phone case. Or like rolling over in my bed. I tried adjusting the sensitivity but that didn't seem to help. I was mostly just looking for an app that would vibrate/light if my phone went off. .. like an alarm.
I am Deaf, and wish to first advise you that "Hearing Impaired" and "Hearing disabled" are about as rude and insulting as you can be. We are either DEAF or we are HARD OF HEARING (HoH). Anybody who says they are Deaf and use those other two terms are full of crap. As for the app, the voice part works great and the vibrate and flashing for loud sounds also works well. Your app understands my Finnish family's accent a lot better than any other Deaf app I have tried. If it had not been for using those two horrible terms you use in the description, I would have given this five stars. Four for now, just for Deaf/HoH sensitivity training purposes. Thank you for a great app.
The fact that it simply uses the standard Google speech recognition makes it pointless as you may as well just open an email and dictate. It's annoying how the mic doesn't stay 'open', so you would have to keep clicking listen again and again and again and again, missing a lot of what is said. If it just listened until you terminated it, it would work perfectly.

Will help me a great deal at work
Is there a way to go back to the other version before this update? This one is ok but, I like where I could record a doorbell and let it alert me to only that.

This is absolutely awesome! !! I can't hear for beans anymore. I'm totally deaf. This app will now leave me safe to be home alone. My husband was afraid to leave me by myself. I showed him this today and he was delighted .
Firstly a very big thank you to the developer a great app, secondly to the person whom is deaf like me if you are deaf then you whether you like it or not are hearing impaired how you can find that insulting is beyond belief as a nurse whom as been deaf from an early age I have never heard of anyone only you who finds this term insulting perhaps you have a chip on your shoulder about your HEARING IMPAIRMENT or maybe you think because your deaf this makes you special and above everyone else GET A LIFE.
My sister text she kown i deaf
I really like this app I will be using when I'm going out..
The expession does not offend me in the least. I want others to be comfortable with my loss of hearing and communicate with me best as they can. Labels mean nothing. Thank you for this app.

It's ok. I'm deaf and I'm looking for flashing so I could get my message. I can talk and hear, well I've cochlear implant and I had it since I was 2 yrs old. I'm 12 and 6th grade but, I do want flashing when I have my cochlear implant off or something... I was born deaf. I'm lucky to be deaf because I am special and I don't have to hear someone screaming or anything like that. Anyway, have a good day or night! :-)

I love this app is a helpful when the people talking behind me so it start dining and flash then I look back so they start at me to saying that I am not deaf so I am hearing then I fall laughing to them half of my family does not believe that I am deaf. Becoz when someone knock the door I went to open it then my family amazed how could you heard that knock so explained and now everything goes well
