McDonald's My Feedback

Wed Wed Connect to Internet and was able to get my reward. But when I chose to deny access to photos and camera, and chose Do not remind me again, glitch happens and I could not get the app to stay open anymore. Why should a feedback app require access to my photos and camera? Why should it deny my reward simply because I choose not to be reminded to allow access to them?

App keep crashes even though I am on 4G, and location service is turned on. You can see from the replies everyone receive is just a copy and paste anyway. I dont expect to get a legit reply, just posting this for others' awareness.

So so. I like the free food but the app is not well maintained. It is 2 glitch and slow.

Unable to use it even though I'm on the T4 airport WiFi. Keeps telling me to turn my location when it's already on, making me even more frustrated then ever when I'm trying to report about your outlet serving me a box of cold 20pcs nuggets. Buck up! Super unhappy!

i give the feedback today so which means i will have my food tomorrow ? But i honestly love this app so much!

I only can do 1 survey per day? Do u mean I can only eat McDonald's once a day? Hope to see improvement from the app.

Very basic app that does the job. There's a limit to how many surveys you can do in a month though, which kind of penalises people who eats McDonald's more than 5 times a month.

It worked when I first used it. But then I can't use at all. It kept said location unable to detect and asked to turn on GPS with high accuracy which I have already set. Please fix this.

The location doesnt work but still can give feedback, hope they really take action on the feedback. Havent redeemed the reward.. hope it works too.

I dislike their attitudes from staff to manager. Outlet is Bukit panjang plaza..

Feedback on your feedback: friendly staff at East Coast prompted us to download this. But failed location service, etc and here I am.

Useless app. Can't find location. Can't recognise location when inserted manually. No other feedback channel available. Useless.

This is terrible...just want to feedback about the service but ended up have to feedback that this apps also sucks. Cant even started. Always getting pop up about no internet while my device connected to stable wifi connection which allows me to browse video at other device. How good the connection has to be to get this started? TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

Downloaded this app to give feedback. My location is on and i have strong internet connection, yet can't detect location. Other location based apps can detect location, but this app just can't. Stop telling people we need to on location and have a strong stable connection when it is a prob with your app. Marina square outlet iced milo has more ice than milo. No more milo after 5 mouths. Not even mouthfuls.

Bit slow in responding but worked fine. Please fix your distance display. It's showing the correct sort order where the first option is the closest to my location but the displayed distance is 0.9km (900m) and the next nearest is 0.24km (240m). 0.9km should be 0.09km instead since I'm inside the store.

This is really terrible . Besides taking forever to load , it doesn't sense my location even though my location setting is turned on to high accuracy. It's so frustrating to use this. Cos nothing ever gets done. Wasted so much of my time just trying to get my location . I gave up trying !! Don't waste your time trying to download this app people, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME ????????

I first tried this app a year or so ago. It was terrible and I have my feedback. The developer said that the app wasn't launched back then, despite there were stickers in Macdonalds asking customers to use it. Now, I decided to try it again. Utter regret my time again to download it. WASTE TIME WASTE TIME RUBBISH

Tried to redeem rewards and the staff pressed the redeem button and it changes to blank screen thus not being able to redeem cause the staff thought i tricked her

You want a feedback app but your app dont even work. Dont even load properly. So much for feedback.

Submitted survey, but zero reward. Either fake or not working :-(

Stupid system. Why can't one enter a review away from the restaurant that we ate at? App insists on using location services and still can't detect. Anyway the OJ we bought was DILUTED beyond belief and the hash brown reeks of stale oil. Not going back there. Yuan Ching outlet

This is terrible. I need to write a poor feedback for your feedback app!! It takes forever to load, and then when it does, it won't bring me pass the date page. Seriously LOUSY app.

After choose the restaurant, everytime hang at select date page! Yes,is everytime!!! And i need to restart my hp. Why like that?
