Rubbish app stupid

Promotion material shown on tray encouraged me to submit my opinions, yet after I downloaded the app, it says the restaurant doesn't accept opinions. What a great app!!

Privacy concern. Why does it ask for permission to access my files and photos.

App used to work fine without the gprs location turned on. Now that it requires it it never locates my location and shows that there are no survey options.

Amateurish interface. No intelligence.

Useless!! My coupon was gone when I pressed Redeem at the counter before the staff had a chance to see it!! You owe me one you incompetent app writers with no sense of foolproofing!!

It is extremely difficult to load this app, especially when you want to redeem the reward. I doubt why there is no improvement after it has been released for so long. After reading your reply, I really appreciate your ability of putting the blame on networks and mobiles. Obviously many users who used the latest mobile models and fastest networks complained about this app's speed, can you acknowledge this problem and try to rectify it?

After I have completed the survey, a coupon is shown in 'my rewards'. Yet when I clicked the 'redeem' button, the coupon just automatically disappeared. If that button is not meant to be pressed by the customer, it should not be there. It is very misleading. Better hire another app writer.

Not user friendly, serious lag even on latest flagship mobile(S7)
