The support for Arabic text is incomplete. It is presenting the wrong Unicode block. It needs to present Unicode block B, instead of the compact form. Otherwise, the app is superb.

The letters إ ئ ؤ are not included! And some letters which you include like ٹ ڑ ڈ ے ں are not included at Arabic launguege at all. Please do your best to solve this problem which is not related with your real efforts. You can also rearrange the other letters which be provided with shift key to be related with main letters. But please remove these five letters which I noted because they're not useful at all.
