Shortcut Dial Pro

Used to LOVE this app, but it no longer works for me at all. I had to do a factory reset and this is one of the first things I reinstalled, but after reinstalling and creating my shortcuts, when I click on one of the shortcuts to call the contact, I get the message, "Application not installed". I have uninstalled & reinstalled. Any advice would be greatly appreciated; especially since this is a PAID APP!!!

No Longer Functional Like other's have posted here, I had to do a factory reset on my phone then reinstalled this app. When I try to use it the phone tells me the "application is not installed".

App stopped working after the Android M upgrade, recent update didn't fix issue, says app not installed. Got fed up and installed Speed Dial which is free and works, unlike the software I paid for.

I have the same problem some other people are having. When I want to use it it says application not installed. Please fix. I have over 400 apps in my phone and this is the only one that doesn't want to work. Well then, I want a credit before I try getting another similar app, but one that works.

I have a Galaxy S6 and after the latest update the app will not work anymore. Says application not installed. Please help us fix this

Suddenly I get a message that this application isn't installed on my Galaxy S6 Edge. Developer does not respond to email. Very annoying.

It used to work fine. I paid for this app and it keeps saying it's not installed when I tried to use the app.

If you change the default Home Screen such as to Nova Launcher, this program will still place the shortcut on the device's homescreen and not on the default which has been set.

Who do I get a refund. It creates a shortcut on my home screen but when you click on someones icon it say app is not installed.

Not working with marshmallow. Give refund or fix the problem.

I've had this app for over a year and it's worked great on S6 until marshmallow upgrade. Now it doesn't work at all-I can open the app and it will put icon on home screen but it will not dial out-it says application not installed. I've uninstalled and installed a couple times and it's still not working. Please fix this problem!!!! It was a 5-star app until now!

I need a refund! Payed for, and installed on my Note 5. After creating the shortcut dial contact icons, when pressed, the message "application not installed" comes up. Worthless.

Since my S6 got upgraded to Marshmallow the shortcut is forcing the calls through Skype in place of the regular dialler. Please provide solution

On my galaxy s7, opens hangouts instead of the dialer

Rating crashed from 5 star plus to zero. This app used to work great, but then my galaxy S7 upgraded to marshmallow. At first it tried to dial using Skype (?!) ... now it will put the icon on my home screen, but when I try to use it, it says app not installed. Very frustrating. .

This happened after my S6 update.

Nothing happens! Old ones work but new ones don't appear. Refund or fix please.

Was great , now the one I paid for says not installed and the free one opens with Skype.

I updated to Marshmallow 6.0.1 and now the app opens Skype instead of direct dial

Just bought a s6 and with out this app I probably would return the phone back..it really works. Worth the money

At first, I thought it was going to work as a one-touch direct dial. But it's not differentiating among contacts with the same phone number! e.g, same main number, but I add pause signal and extension #. Even though it allows me to give each widget a unique name.

Works as advertised, BUT, only in Standard Mode, the one-touch icons do not appear in Easy Mode. If I'm wrong, please inform, but I couldn't find the icons in Easy Mode.

Love it, just like the direct dial from my gs4. does exactly what i want it to do.
