Camera disconnects after 5 seconds, so it's pretty much not usable, if that would be fixed I would easily give this app 5 stars! I'm using nexus 5X, btw my wife uses S7 and it works fine on her device. I hope this issue will get fixed soon...

After software update, it kills the app. I cannot stay connected to the online camera. Please fix it!

The functions within the app work well enough, however the fact the the app will remain running - draining the battery and using data - unless you go to your phone settings and "Force Stop" the application is extremely annoying. Also, the route by which you view your camera remotely is not explained, and therefore a security risk. Finally, it would be nice to have the ability to turn the camera on or off from the app to save on the ever-running camera upload bandwidth.

Connected 2 cameras no problems. Only problem is when you select the camera(device) to watch full screen it only lasts about 5 seconds then returns to the device screen. Connected away from home no problem just needs to be useable which it isn't at present. Could be great ! Find ver 2 works has its meant to.

This app drained the battery even when you shut it down completely. The app keep running in the background and doing something which drains the battery very fast. By checking the internet activity on my router, I can see that the app keep sending data to some unknown address even when the app completely off and I must force it from runing to stop this. Meaning? Sannce is a spyware and someone can see you in your home from his office in China

This app will KILL your battery! I have 2 other security cameras & apps that work great and have no affect on battery life. This app has bad programming and some type of leak that causes continuous battery drain even after properly & fully exiting the app. Do NOT buy any camera that requires this app! It will ruin your phone by draining the battery even more than the screen or entire operating system!

1) connection successfully with s6 edge+ less than 2min. 2) 4g/3g connection without ddns setup 3)enable battery app alerts to the mobile to remind you to switch off the application

Overall good app. The only thing wrong for me is that the sound from the camera comes from my phone's loudspeaker and not the earphones

Careful, potential security risk!!!! The app and the camera work fine, but there is no transparency about which route the connection to the camera makes. Last time we thought someone else was using our webcam. Today I changed all the passwords and usernames. So let's see what Happens. Too bad you can't see the login attempts, that would be a plus. So Sannce please add that option to the next update.

Terrible app i have tried continuously to add my cct system. The qr scanner doesn't work. Do not waste your time with this absolutely no help from the facilitator.

Bit of know how needed first time, for connection between phone, wifi modem & camera. Am using it for 3 months, no battery issue though. More ability in app suggested like - user unlike adminstrator should limited ability to view at given location only, recording to SD card should have sound recording too and video download ability from Sd card to mobile. But anyway nice camera & app otherwise.

Tried over and over to get my camera to connect. Have different camera on different app and works great. This one is absurdly ridiculous!

Great concept BUT the app drains your battery by 15-20% even when you shut it down completely I don't know what it's doing in the background but it's doing something which drains your battery!

Simple to set up, but it DOES drain the battery. I'd like to install it on my Android box so I can view on the TV, but it doesn't show up in the play store through my box.

Worked but I cant see how to use normal buttons for pan zoom . Gestures are fun for demo but are imprecise and tedious for extended use

This ap is useless. Im on my 3rd sannce camera and im having the exact same problems. Fix the ap!!!!!

It was working perfectly fine but now it is working only with Wi-Fi which is useless as I do not need to monitor anything when I am at home. Kindly fix it.

Does not connect camera in any way, tried different phones, fails everytime. App does not close normally, always have to force close in app settings. Adding device in app does not work on Samsung sm-t810.

Works great on iOS 10 but won't sync on my Android 6.0 phone so not mush use really unless you carry your iPad everywhere

Work at first tried to change phone now unable to connect it to the phone. Not worth buying

The microphone is not working when speaking from the mobile to the camera. Although i can hear the sound from the camera to my phone . The problem is with my phone i think and not the app

This app destroys my phone battery !!! App is good, but guys please, do something with that background process. 1 star. Don't buy this cam, trust me. The have no respect for the user.

App not working on Andriod LG G5. Keeps jumping back to Add Device screen so it doesn't allow me to add camera details. Is there any way to resolve this? Thanks.

Work great when you know what you are doing, I have 4 cameras, going to buy another one, app drain battery so when you exit the app quit the app using the exit button, so it doesn't drain the battery

Ok app but will make your battery cry like a little girl...

For those who don't have success with this app try " net cam

It works and is fast. No battery issues, if you exit properly (go to about, then click exit).

Draining battery and when you close it runs in background don't trust it

Very good app. No battery problem if you use Exit to end and switch push options off. Works great on WiFi and lte.

It stopped connecting!! What a horrible camera and app!

Easy to set up. Works fine with Sannce IP Camera. If you close properly the app the battery won't drain out.

Will not connect at all. Looking at previous reviews it's something to do with the recent update. Please fix!
