It takes subscription but doesn't reflect .it used to work well long time ago.

This App doesn't work consistently on iOS devices. Please look into it.

Crappy app Says wrong password every time Also payments don't reflect and their customer service doesn't even respond. No one should download it.

I am in total agreement with Kizito Silencer. Unless, waste of time app. If fact please refund me my subscription.

Woe unto you if network breaks while you are still downloading. You will be blocked from downloading that particular issue

Useless app just updated the app and it can't log in anymore, just taken my subscription and still i can't access the newspaper stupid

Non available offline makes it useless. Pay for epaper and net charges. Better read news on free site n pay once for net charge. I hung a lot. Not font settings. Lack history saving on last paper read etc. It a bad app PERIOD

Having Reset My Password Several times am still unable to login to the app. Hence would not recommend this app to anyone ????

I am really disappointed. I couldn't log in to the app. Even when I download the epaper online I fails to open. I feel so wasted.

On 1st august i paid 198/- via mpesa but when i tried to download the paper it tells me your subscription has expired how can it expire in a day. Refund me my money

Just horrible subscribed yesterday and today my email password can't be accepted how and I paid I just need a refund anything else is a con.

What's the point of buying and having to read it online? There should be an option for downloading for offline reading

The app looks good from far, but it's actually far from good. Can't accept email password yet my gmail is working.

Don't try to download this app. If fails to accept email's password. And if you send a msg. to customer care, it doesn't go through. If they work on it then I'll try it.

DONT SUBSCRIBE PLEASE. Bad customer care. No refunds. I subscribed for the paper download for one week. I could not access pages beyond 12. The emails to them were responded to twice and they went mute. I subscribed again today but it is not working. So sad.

I subscribed for weekly via mpesa , the news paper it doesnt download not and it didn't even return message of acceptance. I tried a daily sub via my airtime. It doesn't download. Now standard newspaper owes me kshs. 230 with no delivery. Useless of highest value.should i sue this conmens

I've just purchased my first paper, and it has already hung halfway and i can't access the rest of the paper. Seems the paper is meant to be flipped straight from the server, so with poor network it can't be viewed. Why can't standard group make the papers download to our devices first ( with whatever secured format they choose) so as to avoid the numerous disconnections? We need value for our money.

Though it wud be a decent app where the whole document gets downloaded in a pdf format, that would be easy to manage. Disappointment is just to say the least.

After opening only four pages,,, it keeps buffing and has used all my bundles while i was waiting for it to open.. From 163mb to 50mb,, i will just have to uninstall it,, wont even recommend it to anyone

Its unfortunate that having subscribed for a days issue even twice ie 60/= whenever I click to download, it say " you cannot download the paper because your subscription has expired."
