This app is okay for an active Equitel user; it is somehow better than the Equitel menu. If you are looking for transaction details like that of Safaricom M-Ledger, then you'll get disappointed. I think the developers should work on statistical analysis. Still, I don't like the fact that I can't contribute to my goals using this app. It always tells me that my balance is 0.00. I can only do it using the old methods!

Pretty good app. The UI is fair enough. There is a minor issues you need to look into though: I haven't been able to log into the app since the latest update. After typing in the pin, it just hangs. Otherwise it's a very secure app and I like it.

You guys should check this app, I have a mobile banking account and i usually login when i need to do something with my account. But i logged out last week en today the app is telling me that am inputting wrong PIN or wrong Equitel phone number. How on earth is this even possible and these are credentials that i usually use.

Equity bank has brought it's inconveniences to a mobile application. I withdrew money from an agent 4 hours ago and am still waiting outside that agent. *Fast and Convinient*. Look for another slang because you have only transferred you long lines to the mobile app. Am waiting for the money then quickly uninstall this useless app.

Great App really makes it easier for me to pay bills and withdraw cash. Only problem is accessing full statements. Guys complaining you need to have your Equitel line on to use the app otherwise you'll get errors.

It's a nice app safe and secure banking option it's really eazzy, plz consider a one month statement. I have managed to get the first loan from the app but application and insurance fee stance at 5.33% + 1.17% interest which comes to 6.5% p.m that's still expensive compared to other options. Consider reducing the application and insurance fee below that of interest and the 14% interest per year on loans will be reflected

The only short come is that you cannot request for a loan...it keeps on telling me to try later Also please see to the fact that it gives only 3 network providers when buying airtime (equitel, Airtel and safaricom)... No orange option ... Otherwise it's a great and reliable app... Easy to use

Like many people have said, the app refuses to accept the PIN after a while. This is very dangerous. A whole bank can't make something as simple as a PIN to operate properly? This is a joke!

You say you can access loans of up to ksh 3 million with the app but I installed it and you really can't get loans with it. There is an error "Failed. We are not able to process your request at the moment. Please try again later." I called customer care and confirmed you cannot use it to get a loan so stop saying things that do not work. Otherwise the rest of the stuff work.

Although not all the times the app is helpful in the case of an emergency... Bt it also has challenges that one is sick of.. Like u've entered the wrong pin.. And u know your personal credentials. Not bad

This app won't let me create an account despite entering my details correctly. It's a one star from me until they rectify or do away with that part.

Very bad, equitel loan gets more and more expensive, they will blurr your App screen for no reason and deny you a chance to access your personal account. This is discrimination

Great app, brilliant idea from Equitel. Fast, light and convenient. However, no feature for reversing payments. Also, biometrics confirmation like android pay would be awesome, or the option to add a longer pin with symbols and numbers..

I have wasted so much time with this app and contacting customer care. I have sent them screen shots of failed attempts to access loans. .. It won't link my cards even though they've been linked through the stk process. ... it's just rubbish!

This app is good but it failed on me today at a very critical time and ended up costing me money! No bueno Equity. Halafu, sort out the loans accessibility in the app please.

When you overpay the loan the App can't close the account and has to be done manually by the credit officer. However, it's a great App. Reduces the hassle...

I paid my loan yet it keeps increasing very bad app I cleared my loan yet it still accumulating interest I had to pay again I explained to them customer care what they had to say is sorry but u have to pay again.seriously sorry.it is they mistake but still u have to pay the over charge. Very bad app don't download. The app needs update.they deducted my money in my account yet its their r mistake. I hate the app.I regret ever downloaded it.pls don't download.

This app credited 7000ksh twice from my account 'by mistake',yet still 6days down the line, Equity's customer care can't explain how or why I haven't got a refund as promised! Nkt! Google playstore, pliz flag this app down! It's a scam

Is it just me or is this app still in the beta phase and requires a lot more twitching to work properly? Or is it my phone (a 4th genration smart phone from a reputable manufacturer) that has challenges? I have had to re-install several times and still does not work as expected. For one thing after sometime I am locked out because it says my pin wrong. l I think one is still better if with the equitel line which works pap whatever kind of phone one uses. It has tremendous potential but for me a big letdown.

It's made life easier. The app is great, its the bank I do not trust si much.

The App is simply my Bank on my phone. Very convenient for me and easy to use. I would recommend it any day.

I've always wanted this. My one worry now is the 4 digit pin. I'd like the option to use a longer pin or even a password...

Tried twice, the app is installed but can't open on my isurf tablet. A waste of my bundles.

This app accepts the pin and just hangs. Thought it was my antivirus but from other reviews, the new version is messed up. You better fix it!!

Eazy loans interest is not included in loan balance. Eazy plus not available at all. Their loan cost are increasing day by day without notifying customers. Recently they have introduced insurance fee and application fee. This guys will discriminate you if you have a loan arrears and blur the App screen. Customer service will lie to you that its your phone font but its discrimination

So far the app is working as advertised, the transactions go through instantly. Work on improving the acceptability of Eazzy pay, most retailers aren't accepting it as a method of payment.

Love this app it give me access to my account while far from banks and it's an easy app to use.

It's better only when you get a loan Equity does not send you a warning message or a reminder do pay you only get that they have deducted from your account n reduce your loan rimit

A first time user can really have a hard time navigating through the app, the menu button's foreground is the same color as the background of the app. One cannot see the button to open up the menu.

I have a problem with the new update. My app opens but doesnt display the mini statement of my account.

The app downloads and installs fine but can't start. Tested on several android versions. Keeps crushing!!!

Can't seem to get it work on my tablet after the upgrade. Is it deliberate or some bug? More than 30 days down the lane and it's yet to be fixed! Frustrating

This is awesome!it helped me alot especially when i don't have my equitel sim card with me I can still access my account!

Thanks to Equity. I block my account yesterday. Today I uninstall the apps n install again n for sure they reset my password. Now I can comfortable access my account. This apps really works big.

This app doesn't work. I have been trying for several days but it's just useless.

So many problems with it...the app is not user friendly....its scary entering all your secret information and PIN and the app is just hanging you don't even know whether its loading or what is happening..I had to make a thorough check to see whether it was one of the conmen who were trying to access my details....

Pure crap. Just like any other Kenyan app, it doesn't go past verification stage. Disappointed.
