Installed, connected once, won't connect again regardless of what I do. Keeps asking for a pin to pair and I don't see where there is one listed and the normal defaults don't work. Crap app for a high dollar air purifier.

I can't access the app manual and the app isn't intuitive enough for me to figure out how to set up the programs mode on my own. It also crashes a lot.

Big let down. Pairing took several attempts and the scheduling feature is useless. I want to set 8am-4pm "allergen", 4-5pm "turbo clean", 5-9 "general clean", and 9pm-8am "germ" on weekdays // weekends should be 12-9pm "general clean", 9pm-11:59am "germ" mode - all based on noise levels throughout the day. However, you're only given one option once/day otherwise it turns off. There is so much potential in this app if they improve the scheduling system and fix the bugs. Everything else about this app is terrific though and the filter works great!

Hard to like the app when it crashes and then fails to pair again with the filter. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help. And hey Honeywell if you're going to sell your product in Canada, include a postal code option.

Echoing the thoughts as many here. Cannot pair with my Samsung s5, won't even detect and Bluetooth keeps asking for a pin. Will connect with my LG, only for the schedule to never save regardless how many times we enter it in. So like many says, it's selling point is the app, only we are now manually operating it. App has links to operating manuals only to not open. Too many bugs, how did this even get released?!

I was extremely happy that this purifier had an app for easy adjusting while in a different part of the house. After installing & pairing it worked great for the 1st use. Tried to use again & it keeps asking for a pin. No pin is located anywhere on the purifier or paper work. Poor app for lack of being able to use it. They need to either fix the app or come up with a new one.

Where to begin... What people say about the lack of reliability and functionality of this app do not lie. This is clearly a case of an executive, who has no idea how things work, getting his secratary to build this on their spare time. You can't even enter a Postal Code for allergy levels, it has to be a Zip. Nice one America!

july 4 2015 still waiting for update!!!!!People are still buying this model as of april 2015 ,not only that but if u look at best buy site some that bought this item recently in 2015 like me complained no andriod app was found this was true this app reappeared here in last week or so ,i have two myself a recent purchase,this app no longer connects my two devices via app after lollipop 5.0.1 update for my samsung galaxy note 4,so can no longer control both devices at will,PLEASE UPDATE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM!

This app does not work. Stay away. You can control the manual functions with it but the schedules do not work. Support does not call you back. I returned the product. Also, the allergy part also does not function, which reduces this product to a overpriced purifier.

Very buggy.

Paired 2 units effortlessly with my Samsung Galaxy phone.. One upstairs one downstairs. Can switch betwèen them. Cleans my entire house. Scheduling and local pollen levels require phone to be in range and bluetooth on. Units have no internal clock so phone controls most features. Still better than the one with UV light friend let me borrow. It was half the throughput and blew air front to back creating drafts. I highly reccomend these even without bluetooth.
