2) Phone / Call : in order to contact the driver or vise versa. To contact support hotline.
3) Messages : in order for confirmation SMS and trip complete SMS

Unable to do the reservation thought there are several days but the time already passed. For eg, if I want to make a reservation at 6 am on 18th Dec (trying at 15th Dec at 2 pm) it says i have to make a reservation 1 hour prior. But if I change that am to pm it accepts. So it has some issues with the time calculation / verification. Pls check it and you'd better keep a feedback option inside the app itself.

Come om kangaroo !! Much reputed company cannot copy an app which is already there in the market .. come up with a creative design.. everything looks the same as pickme.. we need some new innovation.

Ride later function in the app dose not synchronised with the car booking system happend to me 3 times.... Kangaroo cabs blame it on the driver but it's an issue inside the system... It's always better to pre order your cab via a call!!!

Recently i booked a cab using the app and rushed into a terrible traffic. My girl was waiting for me and she was arguing with me that i was late due to my other stuff. Then i shared my ride location with her and it saved me until i catch her. Thanks Kangaroo Cabs!
