The most idiotic app. No options. No profile. Description & functions don't match. Looks like its still in testing stage. Crashes while payment. I can see that most ppl who hv rated 5 star r JD marketing executives. Pathetic strategy.

They don't even respond to the review. Then what's the use of creating this app. I've sent money to a mobile number. Money got debited from my account. But the person to whom I sent the money haven't received it. Can't even scan Paytm QR Code. How can we use this app if you don't respond to our feedback or queries.

Worst app. No support team on non business hrs. My frnd had sent money 3 days befr, Still I didn't recv. Better to Do IMPS On mob banking or try som othr app like BHIM, paytm. Guys Don't use this app urgent transaction. Worst app.

Recently removed wallet options. I don't know what is the problem with wallet. If you add wallet then i will use you app. Because now a days wallet payment is more secure than card or net banking payment because of cyber security. Customer always want wallet because they don't want to put their card details randomly to any unknown person. You should know this fact. Thanks.

Not have customer support 24x7 fo J D Pay... need to suffer when money not gets credited in bank. Customer care is working 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Saturday... Not satisfied.....
