Remote Phone Call for Android
Does what it says very very well. Has saved hours of keying-in numbers. Excellent!
Overall nice app
It works great so far, and does exactly what I need it to do. Unfortunate, the red button to end the phone call does not work. I have to push the end button on the phone itself to end the call. Please fix. Thx
I think this app would only benefit from adding the option to use PC headphones for phone calls and playing music from phone to PC
I have an query as I had buy this app but now my antivirus is blocking it on laptop and i cannot use that. so what to do?
It's an excellent app and can do more if you provide a dialing keypad and option to use PC mic and speakers as hands free and Voice enabled.
As above
Doesnt route voice thought whats the point
Works well for me!????
Hi, I have purchased the pro version of this. Earlier, I use to have the plugin enabled in Outlook and Excel. Nowdays, I cannot see them. Please let me know how to enable them again. Thank you!
This application has everything that makes a great application. 1) it accomplishes the objective in a simple, elegant manner 2) it rises above expectations as the Outlook Com Addin is amazingly value added as it truly enables you to never need to do anything else to go from outlook (or business contact manager) to a call - you can add the ribbon group for call center to the business contact form and there you go. What this app does is what Microsoft should have out of the box for outlook both desktop and o365. They should build this into Skype - why they don't is one of those razors edge of either they are clueless as to what us regular people need who aren't an enterprise client or there is a good technical or strategic reason, but in the absence of disclosure of the latter, users tend to assume the former - if I was the developer of this app, I would call Microsoft biz dev folks and get a meeting
I absolutely love this app and would recommend however I've sent 2 or 3 emails with a simple question of retrieving my paid version after I reset my phone and have yet to receive feedback. My review is not based off of functionality alone but also customer service. I typically don't ask for anything yet since I paid for this app and love it, I'd like to avoid having to pay for it again.
Four stars because no Mac client exists for it. Also the desktop UI is slightly immature. Other than these, the app works perfectly fine and really stable. Also, it is coming with a perpetual licence so you don't need to keep renewing a subscription every now and then. Fix those and I make it 5 stars.
doesnt work.. installed fine on my phone but cant run the desktop app. windows 10 x64. it crashes at launch "call center hast stopped working"
Hi I have purchased this application. If I mistakenly uninstalled how I can reinstall with full version. Please update on this. For that to whom I have to contact, or once again charge for this please explain
Update: Version 6 greatly improves issues from v5.x. -- I recommend Remote Phone Call. I purchased the app after using the Trial version. I use my cell phone as my business line. I do a lot of hands free calling and texting from my desk. Having my cell and texting tied to my laptop keyboard is a great time saver. I can right-click and dial phone numbers that are in the signature of an Outlook email, or send that person a text message, all by using my laptop's keyboard and mouse. This is why I bought this app. The laptop app was a bit finicky to learn exactly where to click to get "control" so the correct dialog box appears. This was resolved in V6. Searching for a new contact to text can "add" them to the last text you sent, so two people could get your text. Be careful! The text dialog on the laptop is a duplicate of what is on your phone (very cool), but the messages are reversed (left & right) from my phone - my text is on left and incoming text is on the right. It can get confusing. For these reasons I deduct one star. As another said, there is room for improvement in this app, and I hope these issues are improved in the next version.
Bought it cause i loved it. Only thing missing is add an option to input numbers for menu options, when calling a company with call center.
I love the app for many years, of course I bought the app, for some reason I need to install now on my phone without google play and need a separate licence but they don't want to give me !? :(
Please add feature selection of sim card for dual sim phones. It does not asked from which sim to called or massage.thanks
Hi I had the software for Call center on my Blackberry PRIV. I had reconfigure my machine. Where would I put the and find the KEY to put in. Right now it says I have 15 days of Trial, I purchased it about 3 months ago, Could let me know what I need to do, for the blue tooth lic. Thank you John Colautti
This app works seamlessly with our call program we use for work. I'm getting ready to put a clasp on how to use a and introduce it to the company I work for.
Last update cause major issues for me. Before I could walk away from my computer and when I came back it would auto connect. But a little while back it asked me to update the desktop software and now every time I come back I have to stop the service and force kill the app then reopen it in order for it to reconnect to my computer. Other than that the functionality is amazing. I make over 200 calls a day so this is a lifesaver. Hoping they can iron out the bugs.
Decent product, but bluetooth drops out for no apparent reason. Missing basic function of a dialer keypad. I am using the paid version, so expect better.
I constantly get disconnected and reconnected. For no particular reason. Support can you help?
i have installed paid version on my pc and mobile .but due to format it has been uninstalled from pc.now unable to install it on pc ,please advise to do same
The app is great but Ive just checked my battery usage and its using a large amount of my battery even when im hardly using it.
I use it every day and love it!
Perfect
Completely revolutionised the way I work daily. Easy to install, and use, I wear a Jabra headset all day linked via Bluetooth, and make and receive calls using my mouse and desktop. I can search contacts too. The people who have been down marking this app don't understand what they are buying
I work from home and make outbound calls all day. Being able to copy a number and use a hotkey to dial out is a life-saver. However, there is no on-screen keypad on the pc client application, so if you ever call a number that has an automated phone menu, you still have to go to your mobile device and punch in extensions, 0 for operator, etc. Having an on-screen keypad to pass number-key input would make this a 5-star app.
I purchased the Professional version. Initially, everything was hunky-dory as it happens generally during the "honeymoon" period. Now, I cannot even connect my phone with my computer (though my phone is fine, my computer is fine and my WiFi connection is working nicely). I find it SO VERY ANNOYING. To be honest, waste of hard-earned monies. Sorry.
Use Airdroid. Even the free version allows you to do everything this app does and more, plus it has none of the incredibly frustrating issues the developer refuses to acknowledge or address. Constant notifications about app being disconnected immediately followed by a reconnected notification makes this app really annoying. The developer could fix this problem simply by allowing one to disable the notification or making the icon change color. I've approached the developer about this but with no success. The poppups keep appearing coming. Ive seen this issue on every site that I've seen use this software, even my friends get it on their setups with their phones. I have new modem, and latest phone...no change. The problem isn't even serious it's just so dam distracting and so easily fixable but another case of a developer thinking their design should take precedence over a users requirements. Additionally there's no way of telling which version the PC software is running. When selecting a person on the list, despite lots of room to display details the tel nos are tiny.
Was working like a charm for few days but not now. Need help..
this could be a great app, but having used it for a year or so now, it is its own worst enemy. it frequently disconnects from wifi or cant find the phone. this is not a problem with my network, i do IT for a living. its eats your battery alive (its the biggest consumer of power on my phone of anything bar the screen). the user interface gets confused as to which contact you are viewing / sending to / calling. it is trivially easy to send a text to the wrong person, because the user interface will hang onto the number of a message that you have just read or a phone number you have just dialled, and then wont let it go. you have to shut down the pc software and restart it to get it to let go. it doesnt mark text messages as read on the phone after you have read them on the pc app and sms you send are marked as "unread" on phone. if someone sends an mms, it cant read it, and it also means that any subsequent messages from that number do not get displayed on the pc app.I emailed all these bugs over to the devs a year or so ago, and nothing has changed. it is a very useful app, so when it frequently doesnt work properly, it is a major annoyance. please fix the issues guys.
It doesn't want to connect a second time at all.. Not thru Wifi nor Bluetooth... How do you even connect it thru Bluetooth. When I go to settings there is only Wifi set up. My phone also keeps telling me i drains all the battery. Also I do not always want to connect it for it to work... Can't it connect automatically?
Please Trigger service by a specific bluetooth connection, and not by just any active. Lots of apps use this feature.
Sms function failed, error sending SMS: errorradiooff, please fix it asap!
Works for me. But consumes a lot of battery
I cant think of any app that is as needed as this one for people that call all day from pc. Thank you so much, and god bless you.

Great app I used it daily, I would give 5 stars if I could enter extension numbers when dialing to commuter phones
