The ads, apart from being distracting also overlaps the news. I'm only interested in the jpost news when I open jpost, not any other things.

What gives? Breaking news is still giving updates of Hurricane Irma. It's not breaking news!

This is the forth time I give a chance to the app, because the content of the webpage is really good. I really have the good intention of keeping it every time - now it loads faster, which is great, but the whole screen ads pop up so often, that I literally can't use the app... I understand the financial need of the news agency, but at least make it usable... Please.

Updated review: The updated app makes the news actually navigable; loading times are quicker. Could it be that it's finally going to be a usable app? Could be. Earned 2 more stars from a 1 star review. The previous version of this app was better, in the sense that a BB gun sting is better than a Paintball welt (they both suck). It's not just the app, but the mobile side of Jpost has long wait times to load articles and poor navigation. If you want to keep up with Jpost, just use Twitter to open their articles in the Twitter link viewer.

App useless since today 27.july 2017.. Only opens advertising in full page

Difficult to move from one article to another

Hammered with advertising banners and full page adds, decent content, constant advertising and slow content loading renders app. usless

Too much advertising! How do I get rid of it?

Since the update the app became absolutely disgusting and annoying. The articles take forever to load, the app freezes all the time. And that is on the most advance and fastest phone with plenty of RAM.

Takes forever to download/refresh articles, forums etc. Not sure if it's fault of the app, though. Same with any browser. Makes the entire website pretty useless on any device, PC, tablet and phone.

Keeps going back to download up date it's worse then before. Get a better developer.

Stupid app. Works only in portrait mode. Spend 5 min every time getting rid of ads for NY Times and such.

New features are good, like the multiple window pop up, but it became just overloaded with ads, 2 articles or of 3 don't even load

Major lagging, takes forever to load, annoying ads that pop up and sinks the phone even further. The only good thing I have to say is that the push notifications are relevant - too bad it takes me 10 mins to load them, if ever. Recent updates have improved performance of the app, but only slightly. Sometimes notifications take me to the webbversion of the news instead of the app one.

It's so difficult to find a quality news source these days. So sad to see what journalism has come to. Luckily jpost is my go to trustworthy source for news. My only issue is the ads. I understand the business model, but please at least have a premium app which allows me to view my news free of these disruptive ads.

All I could get was a solid black cover page and nothing else. A waste of time!

Uninstalling it. Irritating ads every few seconds. I would love to read news of Israel, but not in this way.

This app gets worse. It allows you to open its adverts so it can generate income, but doesn't allow you to open news articles!!

Used to like it but recent versions crash repeatedly. Wish I could find early versions. May have to uninstall.

I can't read a single story without pop-up ads. I will live off the headline posts I guess

As a non-Israeli Bulgarian, I don't know what exact internal Israeli policy position the Jerusalem Post is watching for, but I assume, it's an official kind of illuminating media... So, 5 stars from me!...

The app lags, hangs, and constantly freezes. The ads on every screen change are incessant and annoying.

Haven't had the app for a while and tried reinstalling a few times in the last week .The app installs and all you see for minutes is powered by Rumble .Absolute garbage !!! The Jpost needs to smarten up fast and redo it's site with another app supplier .Tried the app on several machines and always get the same hung app. PS even if you go to the JPost site without the app you get the same garbage .Wake up guys !!! Rumble sucks !!!!!

To many adds now they take over the app, also serious lag issues I might track down last version from 6 months ago.

Still hangs a lot, uses location services constantly so sucks battery. Does not work on tablet This has been junk since the "powered by Rumble" version showed up.

Probably because I'm a trump supporter ( Trump loves Israel!)This app now downloads and add in my way that redirects me and I can no longer view your post at all at the Jerusalem Post this is a useless app I cannot see anything except for this ad blocking my screen.

It takes 30 seconds to load then you have 3 ads to close to see it

Very very slow, really annoying. The ads keep popping up even after they were deleted...so just uninstalled it

I never get a notification of a story! I gotta delete!
