Never been a fan of working out but this app worked well. The only iffy thing is that it stops counting down for you after awhile and you'll have to reset the difficulty and reps every time. Overall, great app
The only problem I have is the app has stopped responding a couple of times in the middle of a session. Otherwise, I love it! It's so easy and quick that I don't feel the need to put off exercising lol.
This is great for lazy people like me to start working out. The only problem I've found is that the voice coach doesn't speak in some excercises. I've tried muting it and turning it on again but still doesn't work.
It's nice to use when you need to exercise but hate it. You can set the difficulty and each set is only 3 minutes. If you're feeling enthusiastic you can do multiple sets or raise the difficulty. It doesn't force you to do the same 6 exercises so it's refreshing.
The best exercise app for people out of shape by far! I've tried lots of apps and they are all too intense. if you manage to do the first days exercise then your too tired and sore to do it for another week and then you fall behind and give up. This one have the perfect variety of easy. I mean out of shape easy. To very hard (haven't gotten there yet lol) but I love it and I hope to use it for a very long time.
Been lazy too long. Downloaded the app months ago. Finally used it. Very easy setting. Really showed me how over weight and out of shape I am. Easy to use.
I really love this app. Doesn't make me feel bad if I missed sessions and I can start at the paste that I want in the comfort of my own home. This app also motivates my two daughters to exercise with me whenever they hear the app or see the little man in the screen exercising.
Easy quick & effect. No excuses. If you are time poor, this is great! Love the coach. More exercises would be awesome
I like the excercises and options, but it is buggy: crashes and audio cuts out.
I love these 3 minute workouts. They are perfect for me. Only issue I have is that the audio cuts out after the 3rd exercise.
Just returning to exercising from back surgery a month-and-a-half ago. I am moving slow but your three minute exercises is helping me I appreciate these exercises and will continue to use this app. So far so good. Thanks

Three minutes? Doesn't sound like much but after each session I feel great. Perfect for my busy schedule. The exercises are low impact and can be done just about anywhere.

3 minutes I can do. It's amazing how much better you can feel from moving. I am sure this translates into other areas of your life.
It is a good way to try these moves...it has different levels, time to reposition yourself and free...the workout isn't interrupted by ads like other apps...and you get to see how you improve your levels...nice...definitely try it!!!
I'm usually too lazy, but this app makes it easy and quick. It only takes 3 minutes. Three minutes? I have time for that.

Good little app to get you to do a variety of exercises when time is short. Can set number of sessions and level of intensity plus target upper, lower or whole body.
Downloaded the app, did three sets on easy for my whole body after haven't done any exercising for at least a year, broke a sweat but kept motivated. I feel like keeping this up everyday will be a breeze!!
Exelent little app to get you start exercising. The tasks are simple and can be done in very little space and don't require extra equipement!
It is really helping me get into a good habit of excerising everyday. I always thought that I didn't have the time to excerise. This has showed me already that just a little time each day helps a lot in working towards feeling better!
