【あらすじ】
日本政府は近年、多発するテロや国際犯罪組織から国家を守る為、内閣情報調査室に特別機関を設置した。
通称『地下の砦(アンダーキャッスル)』には特殊部隊を含め、医学・科学・情報など…あらゆる分野の専門家達が集結していた。
暗号名「追撃機（チェイサー）」南雲 淳は、かつて最強の部隊を率いていたが、ある理由で懲戒免職にされていた。

国際犯罪組織「PANDORA(パンドラ)」による犯罪が多発する中、南雲は『地下の砦(アンダーキャッスル)』に呼び戻される。
「PANDORA(パンドラ)」から暗殺者として壮絶な訓練をさせられた少女を救う南雲。
この少女こそ日本最大の黒幕(フィクサー)・本郷哲秋のたった一人の孫娘、沙希であった。
沙希は、『地下の砦(アンダーキャッスル)』の証人保護プログラムにより「PANDORA(パンドラ)」から逃れたがそれもつかの間。
再び人質として拉致されてしまう。

沙希を奪われた南雲は、かつての戦友・沢村輝と合流し、カリブ海に浮かぶグァスト公国に乗り込んだ。

「PANDORA(パンドラ)」のリーダー、クーガーには、恐るべき能力を持つ仲間がいた。
あらゆる武器に精通する『リック』。
二丁拳銃を巧みに操る紅一点の『ジェシカ』。
爆発物や毒物に長けたマッド・サイエンテストの『ハリソン』。
そして南雲の元同僚・『真田賢信』。

そこに日本最大の黒幕(フィクサー)・本郷哲秋をも巻き込み、壮絶なバトルが繰り広げられる。

[Synopsis]
Japanese government in recent years, in order to protect the nation from terrorism and international crime organizations frequently, was set up a special agency to the Cabinet Information Research Office.
