Shortcut Image for Android
Took me forever to find one that actually worked for my Moto Z and this is the one you need.
I look everywhere, this one is the best widget for adding picture to your homescreen, simple and works!
Works perfectly for reading a timetable from the home screen. Tap to view the original image for further zooming. Well done developer
Very easy to use, uncomplicated, & works perfectly on Alcatel OneTouch Icon Pop. Recommended A+ Thanks a lot.
Image existed and could clearly be seen in preview
Works perfectly. Have saved my time table's image on my home screen.
Just what i was looking for something simple and easy to use!!
By using it I can can select that particular imege that I want to see
Does exactly what it says it does and works beautifully at that.
GOT IT "Back
Love the simplicity. Nice personalization app.
Simple but works great !
Exactly what I was looking for!
does the trick
Very good
Nice
Perfect
Promising, but my images wouldn't focus when I zoomed in via shortcut. It's unfortunate as I wanted shortcuts for detailed maps. That's the only thing holding the app back. Otherwise great. Menus are simple to use and commands are straightforward.
It cannot find my folders/albums with photos I want to have as a widget. It only sees a few folders -like the camera- but not the ones I want to use.
Flipped the picture so it was sideways or upside down. Did this with every picture!
Not bad, software, design and logo can be improved. Does the job tho.
Does the job.
Opens image in low resolution on click.
Does its job, pretty helpful
Good
Worked fine on my old phone (HTC one m7) but on this one when you click to open the picture the quality displayed is terrible, however if you open the picture in the selected viewer without using the shortcut it displays as it should..
Marshmallow added complexity that broke my shortcut to an image using Astro File Manager. Other shortcut apps couldn't show it. This one worked cleanly and simply, first time. Bravo!
If the resulting "1x1" image was not bigger than other icons, and the grid, it would be five stars. Has the option to not show file name, which is great too.
It's simpler to use than the factory-installed widget, it shows the entire picture and it accesses it with a finger touch. You have my vote and my stars.
this works quickly and easily to link an image to one of the screens. Why doesn't Android do this natively?
Cant go to gallery after restart the phone. I have to add picture directory again. Plz fix
Only offers tiny (1x1) or small (2x2) sizes. Would be 5 stars of it had larger sizes like (3x3) or better yet rectangular sizes like (3x2)
Suggestion: how about a option to set stretching the picture to borders no matter how you resize it. That be better for auto portrait/landscape capability.
There are many bloated power hungry widget apps out there. But if you just want a simple image, there isn't much to pick from. Knocked off a star as I'd like to see a no-link image only option. I use it to display my logo and don't want it to link to anything but just need it to be a widget and not baked into the background.
I can't believe how hard it was to find a working picture widget!
Nice touch. Suits my needs on 5
Perfect, efficient
Does what it says on the tin, not more not less, no unnecessary permissions. Should be built in as standard.
Does exactly what I needed. Thanks guys

Works as it should. I needed a shortcut to get to a shot of a spreadsheet. Setup is a snap. NOTE 4, ROM: N5 Express 3.4D, using Nova Launcher.
