Kabegami means wallpaper in Japanese.
This app enables us to set image to wallpaper in several predefined zoom ratio(dot-by-dot, 200%, fit to height or width).
Also, this app can add some tiny effect while setting wallpaper(brightness adjustment, horizontal/vertical scan lines).
[Usage]
1. Press the [Pick] button to select original image.
2. Choose zoom ratio by the center radio buttons.
3. Press the [Set to Wallpaper] button to set wallpaper.

Very good I use my phone in car alot and found it hard to set wallpapers to landscape where the full image is seen. This app sets them perfectly for full image landscape mode. Highly recommended.
