SoftBankメール

This is by far the worst text messaging app I have ever used. How do you screw that up? The latest update now goes back to default sorting by individual messages rather than conversations and defaults to a non SMS message for all my contacts...which then fail to send because they are not softball customers. Utter garbage, if I could give it zero stars I would.

Totally awful.

Control freak of a company. Does deals with phone makers to leave out applications so they can install their own for more charges and profit. Disgusting company. Never again softbank.

Receive SoftBank trash on a daily basis. People do NOT like receiving trash mail every day from SoftBank. SoftBank, are you actually creating revenue from these daily mails?

Popup notification only says "you have 1 new mail" so when I get a mail I cant tell who it's from at a glance and I'm forced to open the app every time i get a mail (i cant ignore it if it's from work etc.) but the old versions would tell me which contact or address sent the mail, please bring that back! otherwise it's pretty good... no clue how to use the My Pictogram settings, and color customization or theme would be the next step. 2 stars because the notification is inferior to the old app (and if I could downgrade I would until a new one is out that has the name notifications.)

広告が入るメールなんて聞いたことありません。迷惑メールみたいで本当に嫌！しかもアップロードが義務なんて。なんか利用者にとって得になるような改善と同時にやればまだいいのに。悪くなるだけって最悪！

Latest update features lagging text input. Good work, Softwank.

More than a few times now I have received messages a day late. And only after I request a download from the server. Rolling back to the previous version. Also, what is the point of calling this app "Mail" if it is only for Softbank mail. Please change it back to Softbank mail because this is not a real general purpose email app.

The last update was amazing improved! Thank you guys for gambateru now it works perfect in my galaxy s3! Just need one thing more please add an option to change the balloons conversation color and more customizable options as ability to increase the size of receiving and sending files attachment. itsumo arigato gozaimashita!

turd. Someone at Softbank must have shares in LINE. thats the only reason i can think for this travesty of a mail app.

Dunno if it's just this app or SB's network in general, but I'm often getting mails hours late or even the next day. Friends on SB or other networks receive my mails also hours later or the next day. Useless junk.

what's with all these negative comments? I installed the app 2 weeks ago and never had an problem so far. working fast, mails arrive immediately, i'm Happy. Only thing that bothers me is finding contacts from the address book.

I updated 2.5 and i can send mail again, plus its a tiny bit faster sending smail. Fix fixed it a bit but it still sucks. On my desire hd.

Can't sms w/o typing like I stutter. This is some bullshite!

I liked the old version better, this one sucks！it doesnt search my address book！and many times the messages come late.

I could maybe put up with the interface if the application actually work. Get rid of MMS in Japan, Softbank, or hire some new developers.

Upgrade removes the new line function in sms. As I'm not a teenage girl, I don't need or want a bloody smiley face button! I do want to be able send a coherent message!!

This simply sucks. Pls remove the HUGE bar for pictograms that NOBODY ever uses and which is just WASTING precious vertical space (cant even read your own msg when switching to smail)

It can't search my address book.what's your search algorithm do. It must find the contacts even if I start typing in lowercase. F.uk off softbank.

Worst than the android sms/mail app. But with softbank you can't use it....

前回の報告からだいぶ経ちますが、やはりメール作成でアドレス帳使えないです。メールアドレスの前方一致検索はできるようですが、メールアドレスを覚えてないから名前で検索したいわけで…。また、メールの削除時に1つ1つメールを開いてから削除ボタン押すとすぐ消えるのに、一覧画面から選択して削除すると異様に時間がかかります。また、削除中に端末の検索ボタンを押すとフリーズします。 仕様をを公開されてはいかがでしょうか？ そうすれば、ユーザがもっと良いメーラを開発するので、softbank離れも抑制できると思います。

I hate the icons it clutters your SD card and gallery with. It always crashes after sending a SMS message on my Nexus S ICS 4.0.3. *update* After leaving the above comment the market now say this app is not compatible with my device. Instead of fixing it they now won't let there customers download it. Switching to Docomo. They have better coverage, faster data rates, and you can get thier unlimited data plan without a contract. DOCOMO DOES NOT REQUIRE THIS BROKEN APP TO TEXT WITH YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
