CHセルフケアアプリ』はあなたの日々の健康管理をサポートするアプリです。
測定した身長・体重・血圧などの健康管理データを記録して残すことができます。

【主な機能】
①計測値の入力・閲覧機能
入力データはグラフで表示できます。

②データアップロード機能
アプリ外へデータをアップロードすることができます。
株式会社NTTデータが提供する健康管理システムサービス『クリエイティブヘルスNEXT(WEBサービス)』にアップロードすることができます。アップロードしたデータは、『クリエイティブヘルスNEX(WEBサービス)』(https://www.chealth.net/)にて閲覧することができます。
※現在、『クリエイティブヘルスNEXT(WEBサービス)』をご利用いただくには、企業や健康保険組合など、所属する団体単位でのお申込みが必要となります。
※『クリエイティブヘルスNEXT(WEBサービス)』に登録しなくても本アプリはご利用いただけます。
③その他
入力された健康管理データを時系列のタイムラインで表示できます。
（健康管理データの削除はできません。削除機能はバージョンアップで今後対応予定）
