CHお薬手帳

『CHお薬手帳アプリ』は、“いつ”、“どこで”、“どのような”お薬を処方してもらったかを記録しておくアプリです。 普段飲んでいる薬について管理しておくことは、①体調を崩して病院で診てもらうとき、②薬局で薬や健康食品を購入するとき、③不慮の事故や災害時に自分の受けている治療の内容を説明するときに、役立ちます。

【主な機能】
① 医療情報の入力機能
・お薬手帳機能：薬局で調剤された薬の情報を、下記のいずれかの方法で取り込むことが出来ます。
－　薬局で提供される調剤明細書に印字されたQRコード※1)からの取込
－　NFCによる取り込み※２）
－　手入力に対応
※1) JAHIS（保健医療福祉情報システム工業会）のお薬手帳データフォーマット仕様に基づいて入力されます。
※2)NFC搭載機でのみ利用可

【閲覧画面について】
アプリ下にある、アイコンで画面変更できます。左から配列順で説明します。
① お薬手帳ビュー　
上下に画面をスクロールして、紙のお薬手帳のように一覧で現在の情報を見ることが出来ます。
② 入力ビュー
入力項目を選んで、データをいれていくことが出来ます。
③ 緊急電話
登録した電話先に、直接電話をかけることが出来ます。
④ タイムラインビュー
経時的に、入力した情報を見ることが出来ます。
⑤ 設定
ユーザー（本人情報）の設定をします。
