Great app. On my EVO i cant pull the notification bar down with my thumb when holding it with one hand. PopBar solves that.

It's not too clear from the description but it creates a button on your home screen to drop down the notification bar so you don't have to drag it.

You can drag down for notifications or if your thumb is too short you can hit menu then notifications. If that fails this app is for you.
