No advertising BS, looks good, and he managed to turn the annoying OS limitation requiring an entry in the notification screen into a feature (launch app or shortcut). I keep coming back to this one year after year on every device.

This version only shows the icon (in Marshmallow anyway) but it's more readable than others I've tried. App launcher is very useful. I use it for the flashlight. Set as priority to keep left and on top. No ads or spying.

Doesn't update the date many times. I have to open the app and only then the dare refreshes. Hope the developer fixes it.

Why on earth do you not have an option to remove ur crap from the notification tray? Do I really want another item pointlessly cluttering it up. Seriously?

Good, but need to be able to turn off notifications. Seeing it on the lock screen notifications is horrible

I need the full date when taking screenshots for work expenses. The second picture showed that, which is why I downloaded. But it doesn't display. Uninstalling.

Under lollipop, the application list do not come out, only the shortcut list work, please fix it, been using this since gingerbread.

This app always lets you know the date and day of the week. Very unobtrusive and VERY useful. Everyone needs this app. You won't be sorry if you install it.

simple but useful

I tried several of these type of apps, about 4-5, even some paid. This beat them all.

Uninstalling and reinstalling fixed it.

This has been the Best Date Notification App! I have continuously installed this app in all my Phones and Tablets since 2011! Easy to "set it and forget it"! Runs perfectly in the Notification Bar every time!

I've been using this app for a while, but with the move to ICS, Google decided they knew what we wanted to see and how in our notification bars. Making the icon cleaner was a great move for this app. Thanks!

Font size should be an option. It's too big. Don't like it now. May uninstall.

I love this app! The new update is an excellent improvement. I have no problem with the new size. Looks good and easy to read.

Excellent app that's simple and lets you see the date from every home screen. Clear and easy to read, plus the changing weekend colors are a nice touch! EDIT: New Jelly Bean 4.1 update for Galaxy SIII has made the icon dim out and less sharp. Any new update from Sakura Soft to improve image? Thanks!!!

Such little lovely thing is every android user's must have! With its super neatly & nicely sitting there telling me the date, I'll never get lost again! The very wise idea of launching an app when pressed simply adds perfectness! I love it!!

Tried their different apps and this suited my want the most. Not found anything that includes the month in a way I like though. Different colour on sundays is nice. Crashes since I upgraded to ics.
