新潟県内の土砂災害危険箇所を地図上に表示します。災害に備えての避難場所・避難経路検討などのご参考としてご活用下さい。

メニューから凡例表示・非表示の切り換えが可能です。また表示された領域をタップすると危険箇所区分が表示されます。区分は以下のようになっています。

・土石流危険区域
想定される最大規模の土石流が発生した場合、土砂のはん濫が予想される区域。

・急傾斜地崩壊危険箇所
大雨や地震等で斜面が崩れ落ちる危険のある箇所。

・急傾斜地崩壊危険区域
傾斜度が30度以上かつ斜面の高さが5メートル以上の箇所のうち、保全対象人家が5戸以上、または5戸未満でも官公署、学校、病院、旅館等に危害が生じるおそれのある区域。道府県知事が急傾斜地の崩壊による災害の防止に関する法律に基づいて指定し、斜面の崩壊を誘発や助長するような有害な行為が規制される。

・地すべり危険箇所
地すべり(比較的緩やかな斜面において、地中の粘土層などの滑りやすい面が地下水の影響などで、ゆっくりと動き出す現象)が発生する恐れのある箇所。

・地すべり危険区域
地すべりにより、人家・河川・鉄道・道路・官公署等に大きな被害を及ぼす恐れがある区域。

動作環境について
動作検証はAndroid 2.1～2.3の環境で行っております。Android 4.0以降での検証は行っておりません。 Show me on the map landslide hazard in Niigata Prefecture. Please use as your reference, such as shelter and evacuation route study to prepare for disaster.

It is possible to switch the legend display and non-display from the menu. The hazard indicator is displayed when you tap the area that appears. Classification has become as follows.

· Debris flow hazard zone
If the debris flow of the largest expected occurs, flooding areas of sediment is expected.

· Steep slope collapse hazard
Where there is a risk that slope collapse in the earthquake, and the like heavy rain.

· Steep slope collapse danger zone
Areas that could, among the sections of 5 m or more, conservation target people who are 5 units or more, or slope occurs is harm public offices, schools, hospitals, ryokan, etc. even in 5 units less than the height of the slope and more than 30 degrees . Prefectural governor is specified based on the law on the prevention of disasters caused by the collapse of the steep slopes, harmful practices that would encourage or induce the collapse of the slope is restricted.

· Landslide hazard
(In relatively gentle slope, slippery surface, such as a clay layer of the ground is the influence of groundwater, a phenomenon that begins to move slowly) where that might occur landslides.

· Landslide hazard areas
By landslides, and areas where there is likely to cause significant damage to houses, rivers, railways, roads and public office, etc..
