しあわせの百貨店　PART２

日本百貨店協会に加盟する全国231の店舗に届いた、お客様からのお褒めの言葉、手紙を新たなショートストーリーとして書き下ろした物語集。お客様と接客にあたった百貨店のスタッフとの間で交わされた、心温まるエピソードの数々が、時に感動の涙を誘い、時に元気をもらえる珠玉の短編として蘇りました。PART２では、「あの人が与えてくれた安心感～突然のハプニングで、不安だった心を癒してくれた対応への感謝～」と題して、お客様への「気遣い」に対する感謝のエピソードをストーリー化しています。 Arrived in stores nationwide 231 to join the Japan Department Stores Association, a collection of stories written down as a new short story words of praise from our customers, the letter.
