しあわせの百貨店　PART１

日本百貨店協会に加盟する全国231の店舗に届いた、お客様からのお褒めの言葉、手紙を新たなショートストーリーとして書き下ろした物語集。お客様と接客にあたった百貨店のスタッフとの間で交わされた、心温まるエピソードの数々が、時に感動の涙を誘い、時に元気をもらえる珠玉の短編として蘇りました。PART１では、「あなたの気遣いがうれしくて～まごころの接客に、心が熱くなった感動の物語～」と題して、お客様への「気遣い」に対する感謝のエピソードをストーリー化しています。 Arrived in stores nationwide 231 to join the Japan Department Stores Association, a collection of stories written down as a new short story words of praise from our customers, the letter.
