緊急性と重要性で管理するTODOリスト

緊急度・重要度マトリクスのアプリケーションです。
緊急度・重要度マトリクスとは、緊急度と重要度の高低（計４エリア）でタスクを管理するTODOリストです。
端末の画面によっては４エリアの表示は小さく見えるため、左下のボタンで１エリアのTODOリストに切り替えられます。 Urgency - It is the importance matrix applications.
The urgency-importance matrix, is the TODO list to manage the task in urgency and severity of high and low (a total of four area).
