MOT/Bizcard

MOT/Bizcard is the application which is managed by Office24 MOT/Cloud service. Users for our MOT/PBX (IP telephony system) can use MOT/Bizcard for free.
Import and save your business card using Android device. Scanned and OCRed your business cards, you can edit, read, delete, and manage your data of these cards through MOT/Bizcard or your browser.

・Functions of MOT/Bizcard
- Taking a picture of your business cards using Android device.
- Select some pictures of cards from your Albums.
- Set Date & Time when did you get it.
- OCR process for your business cards data.
Name, Company, Department, Position, Email address, Phone number, Mobile number, FAX, Address, Zip code, URL.
- Pronunciation in Japanese kana.
- Edit and delete your business cards.
- List display for Name, Company, Phone number, Mobile number, Email address.
- Alphabetic order, date of updating.
- Searching for business cards.
- Zoom in/out an image of business card.
- Making a call, Sending Email, Open a browser, Open a map using the info of business card.
- Sharing your cards with group.
- Compatible with English and Japanese business cards.

・Features of MOT/Bizcard
- Upload to MOT/Cloud
If you sign in MOT/Cloud, your data of business cards are uploaded and you can edit it through your browser as well as Android device.
Android device will not keep these data of cards.

- Auto recognition and image correction for the data of cards.
You can cut a margin and correct a brightness, and a data of cards are OCRed automatically, when uploading a data. In addition to these data, automatically put a pronunciation in Japanese kana. You can modify it using Android device or PC.

- Sharing a business cards
Those business cards are shared with same group members. All members can edit and read it.

- Linking with MOT/PBX
Easy transferring to your customer info through the manage menu of MOT/Cloud. These customer info will be synchronized to MOT/PBX, and you can build a simple CTI system using these info.
