This app sets up sound profiles that can be used with Tasker. The interface isn't exactly intuitive, (hit the save button to create a new profile, then long press to open and edit it), but it relatively straightforward. Having two tabs (Volumes and Profiles) is a bit confusing. Fix the interface and I can bump the stars.

Allows you to select different preset volume levels for different situations. Best of all it doesn't want to access the internet as the others do, you have to ask yourself why do those other apps want to access the net ?
