「THE 名刺管理」は、基本無料のクラウド型名刺管理サービスのアプリです。

スマホで名刺を撮影することで、クラウドの高速＆高精度なOCRエンジンを使って名刺をテキスト化し、その場ですぐにクラウドに登録ができる名刺管理アプリです。
登録した名刺データは、氏名や社名およびグループ等のキーワードで素早く検索することができるため、ビジネスツールとしてご利用いただけます。
電話着信時にクラウド上の登録を素早く検索し、発信者の名刺情報を表示します。
アプリ画面から直接クラウドの名刺データを、更新・編集・削除できます。

またスマホからの登録以外にも連携可能なWindowsパソコン用アプリケーションもご用意しています。「大量の名刺は、パソコンとスキャナを利用して一括データ化」、「外出先で交換した名刺は、移動の空き時間にすぐにスマホで登録」といった活用が可能です。

クラウドの高速＆高精度なOCRエンジンを使って名刺に記載される文字を素早く文字認識をおこない、その場ですぐに名刺データを登録します。
アプリ画面から直接クラウドの名刺データを、更新・編集・削除できます。

・電話着信時の発信者情報通知
電話着信時に端末のアドレス帳に登録がなくても、クラウド上の登録を素早く検索し、電話発信者の名刺情報を表示します。

・見やすいリスト表示
氏名、社名の50音順、または閲覧履歴順でリスト表示ができます。

・カンタン検索
会社名や氏名はもちろん名刺毎に追加設定できるグループのキーワードから目的の名刺を検索することができます。

・ワンタッチ操作で電話やメール連絡
電話発信やメールをワンタッチで起動できます。
メール作成時には、定型文機能を利用することで、氏名や会社名など予め入力された状態から作成することができ、なくてはならい営業ツールとして活用いただけます。

・履歴・メモ登録
訪問履歴やメモの登録が可能なため、簡易的な案件管理ツールとしても利用いただけます。

・セキュリティ
本サービスは、アプリ内に名刺データを保存いたしません。
万が一スマートフォン／タブレットを紛失してしまった場合も、管理サイトにて端末別に接続を停止できるため、不正に名刺データを閲覧される心配がありません。

・ドキュメントスキャナ連携対応
まとまった名刺も一括で両面を取り込みできるようになりました。
接続は、Wi-Fi経由となり、スキャナは複数名でシェアしての利用が可能です。
