Palmidi Lite (MIDI Sequencer) for Android
It doesnt do anything when I change the key :( but it makes up for it's lack of features and minimal UI with its low file size, 2KB, which would be valued by low GB phones. This is currently my primary mobile MIDI editor.
Perhaps this was designed for earlier versions of Android that had a hardware menu button, because when I open it, there is no menu whatsoever, just a piano grid and play buttons across the top. Am i missing something or is this app woefully behind the current Android versions? I am unable to do anything useful with the app
Nice and functional for jotting down ideas... but... no way to save your work? Am I missing something? There seems to be none.
Will give 5 stars but the app lags when a track reaches more than 1000 notes it lags. This is an inconvenience because I am working on a lag tester. Thank you.
I'd like a fade option and maybe new instuments. Electric guitar maybe and violen.
I had a Symbian old app on old nokia can do much much much more. But it is a good app comparing to others
It works perfectly for what I wanted, and aside from some glitches/bugs it worked perfectly for me and helped me make some great tunes!
I LIKE IT JUST SO COOL M8
Well, it was perfectly fine on my last phone. Now it just force closes
CRASHED UPON OPENING
Exactly what I needed. Just wrote and transposed a four piece song in my work lunchtime. Using it on my nexus 7, might be fiddly on anything smaller.
Let me give you an idea ,you can buildup another one, similar to this one but with real sounds

Supposed to be able to import/export midi, but couldn't find how to do that anywhere. A little instruction would be good.
Probably great on a tablet, though.
It is just fine, I have nothing against.
Works very well. Good sound quality. I like the gui because it's responsive and uncluttered. Great for creating melodies

Y are the keys upside down
It's an okay app, allows ideas to be quickly transfered onto a piano roll. What can make it better is more instruments and a better interface. Visuals aren't important
At least I can throw a melody on this app when one pops into my head. By no means can I make a finished product, but I can get the basic composition started. I dislike the lack of ability to edit the various controllers (such as reverb and chorus), and there is no way to pitch bend. But I guess I'll just continue to edit that stuff on the computer.

This is the only app I use to write random songs I make up. It does freeze a little bit and there is a random error message that appears, but apart from that the perfect time killer and beautifully written, but recently the app wouldn't even load. Help with this and it stays 5 stars
This is like Synthesia for Android. Nothing gets close to this.
For the features, this deserves 5 stars hands down. However, the GUI is painfully bad, stuck in the Froyo and Gingerbread days (or worse, even before them), controlling the app is like some kind of a punishment. Also, the recent update brought constant nagging to update to full version and fullscreen ads when leaving the app, which is a big no-no. So that's why only 3 stars.
It crashes when used several times... And there, my files there have been erased. I use Android 2.3.6 on my phone. Please fix this crash and check if a bug is found. Thank you.
Need a visual update.& when i tilt my screen to landscape view it each time ask's for update to the pro. Pls fix this. Other wise 5
Cannot delete tracks.
Very helpful

Love it!
Looking forward to seeing this great sequencer develop further! Copy, paste, some sort of clip view would be nice. Maybe multi touch and drag to select multiple notes? Or multi touch and fling up/down for previous/next track, and fling left/right for previous/next clip (again for use in the clip view ;) But still the best one in my opinion! I don't really need more channels but buying full version just to support your great work. Thanks!
Bad ui, don't like how annoying it is to scroll through bars. Decent otherwise.
I have one suggestion. Have an option to preview sequence of notes by pressing right and left arrows so that the composer does not have to rewind to the beginning. This would emulate the one key play feature found on little casio keyboards.
When I tried to open a MIDI file on my Nexus 7 the app crashed.
Gotta say, gui is a bit slovenly, but nonetheless gets the job done.
Darn cool for free. DARN cool.
I love it!!!1 Making some awesome music!
