●快活CLUB公式アプリのご利用が初めて

お手元にカードをご用意の上、パスワードを登録してください。

[旧ケータイ会員の方]
旧ケータイ会員のID（メールアドレス もしくは　店舗会員番号）とパスワードでログインしてください。

[快活CLUBを利用したことがない]
快活CLUBの会員登録が必要となります。
アプリより事前登録を行い、店舗にて本会員登録をお願いいたします。
※本会員登録の際、ご本人確認証（東京都の店舗は現住所記載のものに限る）のご提示が必要となります。

●アプリを再インストールされた方
ID（店舗会員番号）、パスワードでログインしてください。
