問診票ツクール

複数の問診票を作成・入力できる医療機関向けの問診票アプリです。
独自に作成した問診項目を組み合わせることで診療科や患者様に応じた独自の問診票を作成することができます。
また、入力された問診データからファイルを作成し、電子カルテ入力等の補助をすることができます。
問診データファイルは同ネットワーク内のパソコンやNASの共有フォルダに[TEXT]または[XML]形式にて書き出すことができます。
端末内フォルダにも書き出す事ができるようになりましたので、USB接続で手動でのやり取りが可能になりました。

アプリにははじめからデモデータが登録されております。
問診票入力開始時に問診セット選択を"テスト用"に選択していただくとすべての問診項目画面の確認ができます。
デモデータは必要に応じて変更/削除してご利用ください。
各設定画面には（？）マークのヘルプをご用意しております。ご参考ください。
インストールしてから3日間の試用期間がございます。
TOP画面のメニューから利用権を購入していただくことで引き続きご利用が可能です。

Windowsにて共有フォルダへの接続がうまくいかない場合は、以下リンクにございます説明書をご参考ください。
有線にてご利用を検討のユーザ様は、USBケーブルを用いてご利用端末とパソコンをUSB接続することや、
機種依存しますが有線LANアダプターを用いてネットワーク接続し、データのやり取りをしていただくことも可能です。
