Energy Saving MAPS

Many map applications (include Google MAPS) consume much battery energy when GPS is ON
because GPS information update interval is too short.
# Many apps' intervals are set within 1 second

This application is improved this point.
Users can customize the interval and can use map longer than so far.
This is useful for the users they are using map apps as navigation for a long time.
