This application is the same as the TES Convertor. I publish the new version as different name on account of me.
I will maintain this application.

This is the application reads the TES format file, which is the internal storage format of the GPS log data logger manufactured by Wintec, view of the trajectory, written out in the form of GPX.
This application has been tested in the TES format file that is output by WBT-202.
