TES Convertor

I can no longer be maintained by the circumstances of me. Please migrate to new application called the TES Convertor2.

This is the application reads the TES format file, which is the internal storage format of the GPS log data logger manufactured by Wintec, view of the trajectory, written out in the form of GPX.
This application has been tested in the TES format file that is output by WBT-202.
