このアプリケーション（以下、当アプリといいます）は（公財）日本医療機能評価機構（以下、当機構といいます）が提供する医療情報サービスMindsのモバイル版です。
【利用規約・免責事項】
当アプリを利用される方は、本規約の内容に同意された場合のみご利用ください。同意いただけない場合は当アプリのご利用をお控えください。当アプリの利用に関連して、利用者もしくは第三者に生じた損害及び損失について、当機構は一切責任を負わないものとします。
1. 禁止事項　以下の行為を禁止します。
・著作権を侵害する行為、また侵害するおそれのある行為。
・医学および医療に関する虚偽の情報提供。
・掲載されている情報・内容を、事前の承諾を得ることなく、複製・改変・編集・転載・二次利用をする行為。
・営業活動・営利目的として本アプリを利用する行為。または、その準備をする行為。
2. 当アプリの改変および提供の終了
　当アプリは、利用者に事前に告知または通知されることなく内容の改変、名称の変更、または提供を終了することがあります。これにより利用者および第三者に損害が生じた場合であっても、理由の如何を問わず日本医療機能評価機構は一切の責任を負わないものとします。
3. 利用者の責任
