1.体重/体脂肪記録
１日に２回、体重/体脂肪を記録できます。一日の中でも体重は大きく増減します。毎日決まった時刻に計測しましょう。

2.食事/カロリー記録
摂取する食事を写真で管理できます。カロリーが分からない場合はWEBから検索して、検索結果からそのままカロリーを登録できます。よく食べるものはマイフードとして登録する事で超簡単に記録ができます

3.グラフ機能
体重、体脂肪、カロリーをボタン一つでグラフ化する事ができます。ダイエットの進行状況や日々の摂取カロリーの推移をわかりやすく確認する事ができます。過去14日、30日、90日、1年分の表示に対応しています。

4.記録忘れ通知機能
ダイエットをはじめても、なかなか続かない。。。そんな経験は誰もがあると思います。記録を忘れている日はアプリがお知らせするので記録忘れを防ぐ事ができ、モチベーション維持につながります。

5.簡易メモ
運動の記録やその日頑張った事など、簡易メモで記録しておくことができます。

6.選べるテーマ
４種類の色からお好みのテーマを選択、男性・女性問わずにご利用いただけます。

7.美容・ダイエットコラム
女性に嬉しい情報を「トピックス」で配信しており、新着の記事を通知でお知らせします。

8.パスワード保護
