EMTG電子チケット

お持ちのスマートフォンがチケット代わりになります！

EMTGで販売した電子チケット対応のイベント・ライブで
このアプリに表示されるチケット画面を入場時に提示すれば、
チケットレスで入場OK！

チケットを発券したり、受け取ったりする手間はナシ。
お使いの携帯がチケット代わりになるから、
当日「チケットを忘れた！」という心配もありません。

また、購入した公演に関する情報が
プッシュ通知で送られてくるから、大切な情報を確実に受け取ることができます。

【入場時の使い方】
EMTG IDまたはメールアドレスとパスワードでログインを行ってください。

■電子スタンプチケットの場合
1：電子チケット一覧に購入済みの公演が表示されます。
2：お客様の電子チケットと席番号が表示されますので、
　公演当日は、その画面を入場時にご提示ください。
3：専用電子スタンプでチケット画面にスタンプを押し、ご入場いただきます。

■QRコードチケットの場合
1：電子チケット一覧に購入済みの公演が表示されます。
2：公演日が近づくと公演詳細ページに
　「チケット表示」のボタンが表示されます。
3：お客様の入場用のQRコードと席番号が表示されますので、
　公演当日は、その画面を入場時にご提示ください。
4：専用リーダーで認証し、ご入場いただきます。

【注意事項】
※電子チケット対応のイベントのみでチケットが表示されます。対応外のチケットについては、一覧に表示されません。
※チケットのお申込みや登録情報の変更などは、EMTGのウェブサイトにて行ってください。
※電子チケットは、他人に譲渡・転売することはできません。

[How to use at the time of admission]
