アンケートアプリ Free

イベント等でアンケートをとるためのアプリです。
アンケートの種類は2種類あり、各アンケート項目ごとに1ページずつ表示していくものと一覧で表示するものが利用できます。
項目別アンケートはバックグラウンドの画像を自分で指定することができるので、イベントの画像などを利用することで視覚的に印象に残るアンケートをとることができます。
とったアンケートは端末上でグラフ表示が可能です。
CSVでメールで送信することも可能です。

本アプリは通常の携帯電話サイズから7インチタブレットサイズや10インチタブレットサイズまで対応しています。

ガラガラくじアプリとも連携しており、アンケートをとったあとにはガラガラくじにスムーズに移動することができます。

本アプリは試用のための無料アプリです。
そのため、アンケートの個数や項目数には制限があります。
また、ネットワークが繋がらない場所では登録ができません。
有料版ではこれらの制限がありませんので、ご利用する際には有料版をご購入ください。

また、カスタマイズも受け付けています。
レイアウトを変えたい、メールアドレスのみの制限を追加したい、設定画面にはパスワードロックをかけたいなどの要望があれば別途有料で受け付けています。
